You get so much inconsistent from the players when they know its going wrong.. it was same with all of those Managers. Its a mess and it's a huge job to fix this because The scum are not a good side..

It’s a common saying to say the players have given up at any club struggling. I rarely think that’s the actual case though.

In most cases I think players maybe subconsciously stop believing in the tactics and that results in a drop in effort or some abandonment of the tactics. Little things like not tracking back as energetically or being a split second late to press.
