I am a fan of his technique and link up abilities, but that celebration totally also rubs me the wrong way, especially in this age when the powers that be are shamelessly exterminating people in front of cameras.

It's the smart way to do it but I think he might be rotated with Rasmus.

I kind of agree, stupid celebration, but let’s calm down on him being anyone’s idol. He’s had one good game. Unless your last name happens to have a lot of Zs in it, I don’t think he’d be top of the list for you as an idol just yet.
There’s video games, movies, tv shows of people actually shooting and killing people (which are fake) but I guess a bigger concern is a guy celebrating by using fingers as guns

I think that would be the wrong move. Rasmus will get swallowed up by those CB's, and we'll most likely be looking to break quickly. I'd rather have Zirkzee's passing range and let Rashford and Garnacho or whoever play off of him as runners in this game.

Pretty sure Cavani's celebration was originally a gun thing and he was pressured into changing it. I think he was sent off in France for it once.

In truth though that’s a thing for any “iconic” celebration, you need to score enough to where people see it often for it to really hit.
I thought he was very good yesterday but watching the highlights back he was better than I remembered. Some very nice touches and passes throughout. Overall he seemed a bit more aggressive yesterday than I've seen him in previous matches.

He seems to me like a player that will arrive in a position late, like Scholes used to rather than be the first one into the box like a true No9. That could work well for us though. His 2nd goal was clinical as feck. Arrive at the back post and place it back across the keeper. That game will have done him wonders confidence wise.
