We definitely have. Cavani and Ibra were great finishers.I don’t think we have had a striker with his ability to finish since RvP.
Big Hojlund fan though.

He scored v Bayern, Spurs and Newcastle last season. It’s evident that when he gets chances he scores as a rule.
Thanks for remembering mate! Ive always wished he would prove me wrong and wish the best for the player but now we got to see this performances against the PL teams instead of the league's of Norway.
Again wish him well, but hopefully he can improve vs the teams like City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs atleast once in a whilst instead of scoring against Brentford, Luton town, Newport etc.
Hopefully Amorim can screw that into him.
We also play in the PLEuropean Goals![]()
I usually try giving one year without judgement to any new player. Think Onana recently showed some chaps have the ability to step up to the plate, and rise above difficulties.I thought Zirkzee not getting any minutes tonight will become a regular thing. Unfortunately for the lad I think he just isn’t the of the required standard and is laid back approach won’t suit Amorim at all. Would be surprised if he isn’t back playing in Italy within a year, where he suits best.
He gave an assist for the first goal, technically speakingHe'll score goals if he plays but he did a bit more than that last night with his pressing for the first goal
Didnt watch the match.
Let me guess - did he not get much service?
He was useless when he got the ball, and he made no good runs.Didnt watch the match.

I imagine Osimhen would have done much better today with the zero attacks we createdViktoria Plzen next week. He will smash few then. When it counts.
If he’d have gone down on both of their goals we’d have got a free kickHe always seems a bit of a liability defending set-plays

The Brazilian Ronaldo would have looked shit had he not received service.![]()
. You put Osimhen and Hojlund in same sentence?
The mighty striker who scored 0 goals in AFQON and plays for Galatasaray on loan because no other club wanted him. Stop pretending he is Luis Suarez. He is a good striker, nothing more.![]()

You really picked wrong player for that comment. The Brazilian Ronaldo would have looked shit had he not received service.
I like him but tonight his lack of ability to hold and shield the ball was stark. Ball boucing off him most of the time. Even Havertz held the ball up better. Needs to improve.Difficult to be too harsh on him when he was starved of service tonight.
No. Any striker would look bad without service. Whether it’s Gerd Müller or Barry from down the pub. I’ll admit that in some departments he needs to improve but still. You really picked wrong player for that comment.
You think forwards are just there to receive chances?I imagine Osimhen would have done much better today with the zero attacks we created![]()
Where i said that? Stop doing that shit with making shit up.The mighty striker who scored 0 goals in AFQON and plays for Galatasaray on loan because no other club wanted him. Stop pretending he is Luis Suarez. He is a good striker, nothing more.

There was a dangerous ball into the 6 yard box by Garnacho where Hojlund yet again had some brain lag and stopped his run. He does this so often too. That is too often the narrative around Hojlund. Don't judge him unless he gets tap ins.
He had some reasonable moments winning a few free kicks backing in but his runs in behind were dealt with so easily.
Forwards are immobile objects. They stand on one spot in penalty box and other players must find a way how to pass the ball to them on that exact spot. That is called service. You think forwards are just there to receive chances?
