Misquoting Zidane, is it like adding a nickel layer on a Fiat when you’ve already lost the engine?—-—————Martinez——————
————-Maz— De Ligt- Yoro——-
Amad—Bruno—Casemiro—Dorgu
—Mbuemo—-Gyokores—Cunha
Well well well..
Whats the reported fee? Will surely be very high.

Will 100% be another Lingard situation if we keep him. Just sell while his stock is high, everyone wins.I've been saying this for a while. Of the three attacking loanees Anthony is the one mostly likely to come back.
With functioning wing backs that overlap properly and can cross the ball and a no 9 who makes the right runs it's not impossible for him to become a success here.
He is the only one of the bunch who i wouldn't begrudge another bite of the apple.
Brentford are a bit of a selling club aren’t they? As in that’s their business model - identify talent, develop it with an easy route to premier league football and then dont be arseholes and block a big move when it arrives for the player.£60m range.
You can say that about literally any player in the team, we have a thin squad of poor quality so losing of any good player is going to hit hard. Signing Mbeumo for £50m+ is going to be a signing for the first 11, not squad depth. And if Amad get injured then what? We should build a squad instead of starting 11.
Amad can play on both position depending who our oponent is and that is big plus. Look at City attacking options through the years. They has Mahrez, Sterling, Sane, Bernardo for the wings... Liverpool have Gakpo, Diaz for their left wing and stil buy Chiesa.
Okay so when someone asked what they've done in the context of transfer news, you said they get things right and pointed to leaked line-ups.
I don't think theyve got anything on the transfer front - but I'm happy to be corrected. The Mbuemo link is an exclusive from The Telegraph as of 5th May and his recent tweet is a few weeks after that.
The rumors suggest we want three attavkers. With a sale or two I think we could have a very busy window and wouldn't rule this outThat’s a big outlay! I wouldn’t expect us to do that and Cunha to be fair.
From The Telegraph:
Manchester United are ready to join the race for Bryan Mbeumo when competition for the £60 million-rated Brentford forward intensifies during the summer transfer window...
Newcastle and probably more I saw Arsenal linked alsoWho else is in for him?
Love that analogyAgree. Like, if Brentford finish 10th and Manchester United finish 5th next year, will we be saying "United is a better coached team than Brentford will ever be under Frank"? No nuance to it, just an angry dog barking.
He provided more information and I could not find Crook's article. Why post this wanker repeating the tweet 3 posts above?
We say that every summer to be fair.Mbuemo and Cunha sounds way to smart for us, surely? Almost like signings a proper club would make.
The midfield will be very differentHmmm seems to be more links going on. Was skeptical, but this would indicate to me that Amad will go to wing back? Or just one of Cunha/Mbuemo would go up top which doesn't seem to fit what Amorim wants.
Delap
Cunha Mbuemo
Dorgu Bruno Ugarte Amad
Yoro De Ligt Mazraoui
GK
Chido
Mount Zirkzee
Amass Mainoo Casemiro Dalot
Heaven Maguire Fredricson
Altay
Would give us this most likely? I don't know though I don't expect Dalot to be dropped.
I'd much rather Amad at wing-back than Dalot. Also, I dont want Bruno in midfield.Hmmm seems to be more links going on. Was skeptical, but this would indicate to me that Amad will go to wing back? Or just one of Cunha/Mbuemo would go up top which doesn't seem to fit what Amorim wants.

Yeah he's like Salah.I remember reading somewhere that Amorim likes a left footer as a 'right hand side 10' and if I'm not mistaken Mbuemo favours his left?
