This season has really stepped it back on form after somewhat of a let down for the season 1 finale. I find a breath of fresh air as a show, it just continually hits topics that other shows wouldnt touch with a stick, yet it nails them head on

That made last episode was esmoking

So few episodes in each of the first two seasons. But this is a Showtime show like Dexter so that is expected. Quality over quantity.
 
HBO is the same I'd take 12 episodes of quality over 22 episodes of shit. Sopranos and The Wire > anythhing the networks have put out
 
I was not a big fan of S2, especially compared to S1. It started really well but the whole Ashby storyline never really got going.

Season 1 was better, no doubt I think Season 3 is gonna be great as his baby momma is gonna be in NYC so Hank is gonna be bat shit crazy
 
God Season 1 is freakin awesome, decided to rewatch it after hrs of work today to chill and it is feckin quality

Tis a great show, Season 2 isn't quite as good as Season 2, but then there aren't many shows where it is. Still great entertainment.
 
Anybody got the air date for the premiere of season three hopefully it is within the next month!! I know it is sometime this summer.
 
Great show i've watched both seasons, loved the mouth rapist episode.
 
Great great show. Series 3 will be out in Sept-Nov or so I've heard.

Someone posted the death of the bird's husband had delayed things. I think that's the reason why she won't be on series 3.
 
Just got done watching episodes 1 & 2 of the new series and it is looking good, hank is his usual charming self and runkle and marcy are less annoying than previously.

Liking hank working as a professor gives him good opportunity to use his acerbic wit. Looks like becca will become a bit of a rebellious teenager this season, bit of a obvious path to go but it was always on the cards with the character she is.

oh and eva amaurri certainly takes after her mother :drool:
 
Watched the first 3 episodes of Season 3 over the last couple of days. What the feck has happened to Dave Duchovny? He looks terrible. Weird fake tan and maybe a dodgy face lift?

And has anyone else noticed that the women are significantly rougher in this season than the two prior?

And Kathleen Turner, wtf?
 
I have really liked these 3 episodes to be honest.

As for the girls, I think that student of his is absolutely fit!
 
Nah, she's mingin. The only half fit bird was the one he fell asleep while shagging as the season started and she left within 30 seconds. Since then it's been downhill...

Just watched all available episodes in the past couple of days! Brilliant show.

I think the reason that season 2 struggled, certainlythe first half anyway, was that they had to think of a way to get out of the poor finale to the first series. The whole show becomes pointless if they are together, for me at least. When they are together Hank is no longer dysfunctional and depressed and it just becomes A.N.Other family sitcom (albeit with more tits involved)
