A number of them were back in on Monday.

So do I... When I see Özil play in this WC he reminds me of Anderson when he played for Porto. As we all know football comes second to some Brazilians that rather party and romp around.

the article on the official site says there will be pics of the guys in their new training kit on Friday. So it seems that they were back for checks on Monday but that Friday could be the first day of actual training. Or that there will be no pictures released until friday.

I was really hoping he'd make a statement of intent during rehab by busting his hump in the pool/on the bike and start pre-season as a lean, mean, fighting machine.

If it turns out he's spent the summer eating pies and sitting on his well up-holstered arse then it doesn't bode well for the season ahead.

I would think it is a reference to the pic of Ando in this thread. Which is from July 2009. I could be wrong though.

Official site says photos from training this Friday- Smalling was in the other day. It also listed the WC players who would be late, but did not mention Chichigoal... maybe he will show up sooner than the rest?

I think he is due to join up with the squad in America, not before. Not sure what date during the American tour though.

He'll be absolutely mullered by the coaching staff if he is out of shape.

Still bad though if he is - a career can only really be long and successful if the player himself ensures he stays in shape.

Had woken up this morning thinking - I need to post asking if the lads are back at Carrington this week - thought it was about now they were supposed to be getting in.

Hopefully start seeing news of Hargreaves training like a beast and fit and ready for the season.

I don't think so, Fergie promised a rest for those who go deep in the WC.

But Messi definitely is available for the tour after he got knocked out early.

Although there's nothing sane on youtube, the rest of this can feck off.

Game in Houston is on the 28th and the KC game is before then. Baltimore is the last game if not mistaken.

They may be considering game in Dublin on Aug 4th though and definitely will try to play against Chelshit in the Charity shield.
