What a ball by Nani.
Yesssssss... get in, great cross by Nani and wonderfully put away by Fletcher.
Flecther!!!!!!

I just love Nani
what a stunning pass from Nani
Beckham would be proud of that fecking cross
I really liked how when VDS made the initial save Gary decided to stand there, in his own six yard box, staring at the goal, while the ball was still in play. Genius stuff.

Oh, fecking hell, what a cross.
That ball deserves a mini wall-of-fame.

Good half. Both sides had their moments.

Lot of good things out there. (except that terribly moment for Paddy).

HT: 1-1... have had a rough ride of it, but I think we can nick this 2-1 in the second if we keep our heads defensively.

Thank God for the goal, but that is not a good team out there. Bring Gibson for O'Shea. You can also take Giggs off and bring Kiko.

Finally started to get into the game towards the end of the half. Hopefully we start the 2nd half at the same level.

Come on United - we can do this.

Quiet first 20-25 minutes, then we started to play. Shame how we conceded the goal. Reckon Evra will get a bollocking from SAF about his gymnastics routine.

What a ball by Nani.

Would have been a supreme Berbagoal had it been a foot or two to the right.

very entertaining half of football.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Owen making an impact. As I've said already Everton are playing a fairly high line which would allow Owen to play off the shoulder.

Pienaar really is a horrible little bastard.
Is he?

Good half that, horrible mistake by Evra, but an absolutely glorious ball by Nani then.

Berbatov and O Shea had 2 great efforts, deserved goals.

I think we'll win this.

Nah, we need O'Shea on to deal with Everton's work-rate and height. Giggs has been poor, but I'd give him at least 15 minutes to see if he can turn it around. If not, bring on Kiko or Owen for the last 20 odd minutes

Is it me, or has Evra not looked himself since that shitty world cup with France?

He just looks a bit off. Come on Paddy, we know you can do better. Pull your finger out and show us why we love you.

Yeah, relieved more than anything. We've been rubbish. I don't know why we're making the Evertons and Fulhams of this world look like giants of the game. We don't really look the more accomplished side. I hope we can show our superiority in the second. Our midfield needs to take more control.

About 5 times he's fouled Nani as we were going forward, only once, maybe twice has the ref given anything.

Did well first half to weather the storm for the first 25 mins or so. After the first 5 or 10 mins I was wondering if Nevs was going to get run ragged. Everton have played well and how the feck did Howard get his foot to that deflected shot from Sholesy?.

Glad we have gone in at 1-1 as it gives us a chance of winning. I reckon going in at 1-0 would have given Everton the confidence to go on for the win. Hopefully the equaliser has rattled them a bit.

I don't get the hate directed at him to be honest. Cahill, Falouani (sp?) sure...these guys are twats. But Pienaar just seems a low key player trying to do his best. Not sure why he's getting slated.

Some of these Everton fans are absolutely rabid, pure hatred and bile frothing from their mouths. Quite funny at some points at how angry they all are.
