Moaning is completely acceptable when we've lost three in a row and not really looked like scoring.

And the keyboard warriors (moaners) will still find something to moan about.
3 back to back losses is not worthy of moaning?

That's troubling form. especially for a club like utd.

In the dark for palace, hoping we win but i'm unsure.

Must win match really. Not being melodramatic here but we need to take 3 points to keep this gap up. Just play like we were going before the Chelsea match and I'm certain we'll be fine, even if we have to slot Blind in for Carrick and Shaw as LB. Want to see Shaw getting some game time anyway.

Going for an optimistic 3-1. Though that's mainly on the condition that Rooney is up front and Herrera and Mata are on the pitch.

The negativity here is normally a sign that we're gonna play well, hoping we keep that trend up.
75%+ possession and I will come away happy
What about 80% possession and no goals again? Wouldn't make me very happy, could have achieved that by letting Super Dave practice keep ups for the whole match.

People moan when we buy the "wrong" players in pre season for feck sake. It doesnt take much for the rabble to rouse in this place mate
I agree, many are always to quick to moan but considering top 4 isn't wrapped up and we've lost 3 on the bounce I expect some to be feeling a tad pessimistic.

If top 4 had been secured half of the forum wouldn't give a feck, it just shows how desperate we are for champs league football. If we beat palace and lose to arsenal I couldn't give a feck because I have faith that next season we'll bend over teams backwards so lets see how it plays out. Until then though I don't think moaning/whining is inappropriate.

We got absolutely piped by Everton then lost at home to west brom, you can't brush those off as bad days at the office.

Can't believe fixtures against Everton,West Brom,Palace,Arsenal and Hull are still not easy wins, 2nd should have been the target.

1-1 draw, they score and we equalise then they contain us for the last 15 minutes....same old same old.
If we win and both Arse & Shitty lose, it still might be, we have Arse the following week too.

I thought we'd get 2nd or 3rd before last weekend, us losing to West brom and City winning away to Spurs pretty much guarantees that we'll be 4th though. Even if we win all our games, Arsenal are still effectively 5 points ahead (like City). City need to lose in 2 of their 3 games for us to get 3rd.

4th will do nicely now thank you, it's not ideal, but certainly a lot better than the nightmare that could unfold over the next 3 games.

    4-0

Everyone will claim LVG is a genius, and how Man United improved. And how our formation and play style is the best they have ever seen from United.

    VS

    Draw 1-1

Everyone will claim LVG is a stubborn lunatic, and how Man United didn't improve after spending 140 mil. How our formation and play style is useless and we need to go back to 442. Because this would have never happened under SAF.

I'd take a draw, and I think we'll get at least that.
The chances of Liverpool picking up a win against a Mourinho side at Stamford bridge are extremely slim.

Not too worried about top four slipping away, myself.

Palace are no mugs lately and will definitely give us a game, they more than matched Chelsea last week and will have nothing to lose by going at us. That may actually suit us though, as we have struggled against the teams who just wanted to cancel the game out. I expect a hard fight but think we will knick it 2-1.

We need to be professional from the start and not have any mistakes, I expect to see Jones starting over Mcnair.

Controversial but, I think we could score
    :D

If Palace attempt to "play", we will easily. We'll probably score 3 goals.
If they park the bus (which I am sure they will), then I think it'll be a repeat of the WBA/Chelsea games.

Personally, if I were manager of an opposing team, I'd park the bus. At present, this guarantees a win against us.

I wouldn't, we have to win or the consequences could be dire.

People getting way too complacent about Chelsea doing us a favour against Liverpool if we don't.

We draw or lose Liverpool will know this is their big chance to get ahead of us before we play Arsenal, against two teams with nothing to play for they could very well do it.

Stating that Liverpool's chances of winning at Stamford Bridge are slim is hardly being complacent.
The figures behind Mourinho's extended time at Chelsea suggest Liverpool have their work cut out to leave Stamford Bridge with three points.

I see your point about Liverpool kicking off after us though. Don't we need 4 points to finish fourth? I wouldn't be too unhappy with a draw. Maybe saying I'd 'take it' wasn't 100% accurate, but I would still feel confident of finishing fourth.

We need 5 points I'm afraid, so we draw at Palace and Liverpool do the unthinkable, then we will need at least a point against Arsenal, could be easier said then done with the pressure on.

What people need to consider is that the dippers are not playing the same Chelsea team everyone else had to face, they won't risk anything, have nothing to play for and will likely rotate players , if we don't win our game we are fecked, no Carrick no chance

Last time Liverpool played a weakened Chelsea team in a game that they needed at least a point from...
