Really not a fan of Hannibal.

He clearly has some talent but he's a complete moron.

He will cost us points if he gets any first team minutes next season.

Needs a loan and hopefully matures.
:lol:Match day thread hot takes are great

That new contract for Bruno is looking more stupid with every passing game.
Kind of stupid of us to do.

We sure do love wasting money

    Penny for you thoughts, EtH.

In a way, this will be a wake up call for him. Players he wanted to give a chance will hopefully get booted.

I think this is the most anemic offense I have ever seen since I began following the club in 2012. There is literally nothing happening in the opponent's third that raises my heart rate. I see now why Ronaldo was so important to us this season. Without him we'd be bottom half table team for sure.

Speaking of impotent, this defense we have looks like a joke. Zaha is now officially the best player on the pitch.

But nothing sickens me more than the vision of Rangnick. The idea that we hired him and that the team has played so poorly under him is so consistent with this team's general management.

That's the problem, I'm not shocked by it. We haven't been a top team for almost a decade now. But this is something else entirely. There's absolutely no respect for the club coming from this shitshow, and that's what makes me furious.
That line indicates that you do in fact, still care.
Anyway I don't really expect players to care about the club and all that, its a job after all but these bunch fail to at least show a modicum of professionalism by at least trying.
What a sorry lot , they fail to even pretend about caring for the club all the while earning in a year what an ordinary person may not do so in a lifetime.

They don't deserve mine, yours or anyone's hatred, they don't even deserve that.

I just hope they feck off.

This season he’s dined out on previous form. But that credit is running out fast. Imagine doing that in front of your new manager
He was doing the same nonsense in previous seasons, people were just focused on their scapegoats. Bruno qualities and flaws have been consistently exposed after his first 5-6 games.

I would argue 3 of the 4. Fred is serviceable
I think all of them on top form and with 3 other players would be okay. But together they dont work and its not even close. We've seen these players playing with each other again and again and under different managers. They do not work.

The problem is the combination of Maguire and Lindelof doesnt make them better or cover each others weaknesses and McTominay and Fred dont provide the platform of security and general midfield play needed to get on top of teams often enough. They have occasionally done it in one off games but its like 80% of matches where the opposition are at least 50%/50% with them in the midfield areas in terms of stabalizing their teams to help get past our pressure and getting the ball towards dangerous players on the attack.

Same old shit that we've seen so much this year. Sloppy passing, wrong decisions, and beating ourselves at the worst time, and just not playing as a team. Different day, same shit.

Let’s think positive and maybe you can reach a more attainable target.. Concede 1 more and you’ll finish the season with negative GD.

I can’t stand this team. I will find it hard to get behind any of them starting next season. Bar Ronaldo and de Gea, they all have serious dirt on their names now that will be very hard to wash away.

It’s not even a poor season, it’s an absolutely disgraceful one and they should be utterly ashamed.

The club needs as big a clear-out as possible in the summer, and the lack of proper European football is the perfect time to skim this squad of chancers way down.

Bruno needs to come off, that pass was unforgivable, in this game. Maguire and Dalot have been rubbish, Cavani, Fred and Mctominay, completely average, Elanga has shown a couple of moments, Hannibal looks like he has no idea what is going on, Lindeloff, I forgot he was playing.

Today has the potential to be the worst day for a United fan in a while. Conference league, Liverpool could get domestic treble, equal our league haul and could get the quadruple.

Another goal conceded and we’ll have a negative goal difference- first time in over 30 years…
I am not into stats but that woul dactually be more damning than our lowest ever points total. Over a season Manchester United have conceded more goals than they have scored.

A lot of low goal differences at the top end of the league this year below the top two, but that is simply unimaginable and a damning statistic of just how utter shite this side has been virtually all season.

I have said in threads I can see 10-13 players leaving this summer....the worst part of that is it is probably ot actually enough, personally there are 20 I would be happy to see go, that is how bad this squad of players is in the mixture of attitude, ability and desire, worst side not just on paper with these stats, this side especially with the money spent is far worse than any side I remember under Ron Atkinson when I started supoorting the club as a young boy, hardly a player to like amongst themm wouldnt need one hand to count them

You must have hated a number of Utd legends then? Rooney, Cantona, Keane etc all had aggressive qualities.
They were also ridiculous talents, and by the way, didnt do it so frequently.

Just heard that Kasper Schmeichel isn't signing a new Leicester deal. I give it until Tuesday before we are linked to him

Bit harsh on the likes of Elanga and Fred, may not be good enough but done nothing to harm their name.

Do you remember the caution from our scouts about not buying him due to his inability to pass consistently? In the end we got desperate and bought him anyway. In fairness he hit the ground running but when he’s not scoring you can see all his flaws

It’s been that bad lads? :( Seemed foolish and optimistic to think they might care and put some effort in after two weeks of doing feck all.

I dare say this has been the worst final months of a Utd season I’ve ever seen, and I endured LVG’s boring end to his last season. The football was boring but at least they looked like they were trying.

These guys? Feck no. They’ve been waiting to hit the bench after we were meekly put out of Europe by Atletico.
