The most bloody irritating thing is when some moron commentator says about it being a "famous" win.

It's the freaking Europa group stage, a one goal margin, against us at a very mediocre point of our last 20 years! Hardly going to be remembered for years!

werent as bad as the chelsea game, they got a spawny goal then defended and dived their way to the final whistle.
They dived to get the freekick for the 2nd, not sure what we can do about that. Pogba then takes an impact injury, this isnt on Jose
I think we were bad in two different ways in those games. Chelsea was simply better than us. Today i think we were the better team, but he problem was with the mentality. We could have had plenty of chances, if the players had believed, and made the runs and passes we all know the can do.

Haven't followed your discussion, so forgive me if i reply "out of order".

Was just caught by the improvement from last year part. I totally agree, in our best moments we look MUCH better than last year, and though many would disagree since we didn't score, the Burnley game was a good example of that. We should have trashed them 5-0. The problem though is that we are so incredibly variable. One shit game (Chelsea) followed by a tactically great game(Pool), just to have a great game against Burnley and then this tonight against Fenerbache.

I just think the players are VERY fragile at the moment, so things like conceding an early goal seems a huge obstacle to the players. The players have the tools. Its just up to Mourinho to make them believe. I would have thought that was one of his strong suits, he has yet to prove it with us imo.
i think he does, he needs a win to help him along tho, the players need to meet him half way.
Sadly in hindsight Zlatan is a mistake of a signing (no one predicted it), I hold him responsible for this mess we are in, if he'd taken his chances we'd of won atleast 3 of the last 6 matches and wouldnt be talking about low confidence.
He was supposed to be the cantona effect but he is the complete opposite, when the players see even zlatan dropping his head it must have a big impact

Oh yes. Having a lot of shots against Burnley means we are a real creative force. We've looked toothless today. We're nowhere near City and Liverpool in the creativity stakes.
Premier League team who also beat Liverpool. Don't really matter who the team is we created alot of chances at the weekend. We have players with no confidence which is leading to everyone passing back or sideways and players who have forgotten how to put the ball into the back of the net.

    This.

I would also add we look tired physically and mentally. We are playing too many matches and the players are missing that extra 5%.

I wouldnt be betting on beating Swansea as well. We look too tired.
When are we ever not tired? We look tired at the beginning of the season, tired in the middle. Always excuses with this bunch of losers we have now.
When will finally be the players fault?

Klopp played a second team in the Carling cup against spurs. He did it because he wanted to keep his players fresh. Physically but also mentally. We have basically been playing the same set of players twice a week since September. It has an effect. What we need is not another match in two days time to make amends. What we need is a weeks rest.

Now it was already a difficult match away from home in Turkey. They then get a flukey goal after two minutes. He takes off Morgan at half time, which says to me he was playing for a tight match, where in we nick a goal. That plan was gone out the window after two minutes.

I am telling you now in advance, i wouldnt be expecting much on Sunday against Swansea. Swansea have a weeks rest and we are away from home again. What we badly need is a rest.

You would think that the, with the money spent, the fact that you are playing for one of the Top 4 clubs in the world. they would stop playing like fecking championship players. Not happy as we are on paper a much better side than the performances suggest, so why are we playing so crap?
