I watched the first half, and thought we were much better than the Sevilla game. Then I come on here and the whole team is getting slated and wanting replaced except Lukaku :lol:

He really is. He has been massively overplayed and he's ageing, it's not an easy role.

I hope Jose can see that we need we need upgrade there and not just a backup option.

Agree, he needs to go or at least get moved to the bench in a limited role next season.

We can be making life so much easier for ourselves if we had something going on that right side but Valencia is so poor - start and stop, inaccurate with his crosses. Mata is also not helping, either. He spent most of the first half on the left side, again crowding areas taken up by other players. Even if his skill can help us like it did against Liverpool, it's part of that 'balance' issue we have.

Maybe a tad unfair, but it’s been a stale game, any improvement isn welcome after Tuesdays game, but it’s all been very pedestrian so far.

I think im done for the night- the football has no personality. It's not even about a lack of attacking, it's just there is no co-ordination sometimes in different areas of the pitch and no rhythm to the team as a whole.
