Heinze was actually not a bad player and he started at LB before Evra took over.Gabriel Heinze...ugh !
Mate it wasn't boring... at least there's that.too early start for me so I missed it. We scored three?
Shit. That's another month without.
I suppose Newcastle have looked better recently, too.Mate it wasn't boring... at least there's that.
I don't think you are being harsh. Before the match started I would have taken a draw as well but seeing how the game unfolded, we definitely should have won. Now finishing the scoring moves can't be LVG's fault, but my biggest issues were how we were on the ropes against Newcastle for the first 35 minutes of the second half when they played like we had no midfield; and we can't ever seem to get the balance right.I suppose Newcastle have looked better recently, too.
Maybe I am being harsh. I'd take a draw from them away anytime probably.

Defenders who wrestler attackers in those situations and particularly as blatently as Smalling did are asking for trouble. Sure it's not going to be given everytime which is a frustration and something ref's need to sort out but FFS you simply can not prevent a goal scoring opportunity which it would have been had Mitrovic not been held back by Smalling. Amateur defending.Hmmm Smaling definitely fouled him. I guess you're saying Mitrovic tugged him first. That being the case, it's not fair to punish Smaling. Dumb commentator said that it's great to see him (ref) give the advantage to the attacker. Oddly, he never said that on United's penalty.
You don't need to see the ball to know where it is, the player might not have been looking directly at the ball but it's clear he knew Fellaini was heading it so it was somewhere around where he was, he can't just put his hand out like that, if he blocks the header with his hand it's a penalty. How can you deliberately handle something if you don't know where to is?
