Well Rafael looks to be coming on.
Is true!Falcao's lacking the natural instinct that comes with match fitness. Other than that his link up and movement have been top class.
Even more jammierAnd ppl call us jammy... What the heck are Spurs then?
"Noone really expect us to win, so just go out there and do your best"Moyes in the same situation: "Good luck lads, go out there and pull of an upset"
You sure you saw the chance? coz he did a world class control but failed on something else...He didnt try to dribble it. He failed too control it.
I think he's been poor in that department, lost possession cheaply a few timesFalcao's lacking the natural instinct that comes with match fitness. Other than that his link up and movement have been top class.
Nah mate your memory is beating you, Neuer that day had much more to do than Lloris.Lloris is pulling off a performance reminiscent of Neuer for Schalke in the CL semi-final a few seasons ago. He'll get beat in the end if we keep bombing him with shots.
We need to make it difficult for spurs and aspire to play for like liverpool, etc etc"Noone really expect us to win, so just go out there and do your best"
It is, don't get the slagging off of Falcao, just seems a bit rustyIs true!
He never had the ball under control, it was just bouncing around and he couldn't get his foot to it to shoot. You sure you saw the chance? coz he did a world class control but failed on something else...
think he has been asked to stay back -We've been so unlucky and 3-5-2 seems to be working here. I'd love to see more from Valencia though. We need to get more from his side
Good. I've barely noticed Valencia.Well Rafael looks to be coming on.
Many of them were top class saves too.Nah mate your memory is beating you, Neuer that day had much more to do than Lloris.
Spot on.Falcao has played like 10 games in a year or something, its going to take time to get rid of that rust and playing him is the only way to do it.
The disallowed goal was an off-side against Jones, he was off-side when Van Persie headed back across goal and became active when he touched it.Not sure about the disallowed goal. I mean, going by common sense it should be disallowed, but by the letter of the law I don't think Falcao should be considered (the player he pushes isn't getting the ball) and it might be considered a new situation once the Spurs defender has a chance to punt it away, but chooses to play it up in the air instead.
My guess is he thought Lloris was coming out and thought he could get a pen and red card. Only reason I can think ofI want to know why RVP didn't head that chance he had. Think World Cup and last game against Newcastle...
Still, if we keep that up second half, they won't be able to live with us.
If you have played football yourself, you'd know it would have been impossible to get any kick on that ball after that 1st touch, so I dont see how he wasted that chance (that he created himself where most players would have failed)I cannot believe RVP wasted that chance. Just freaking smash it in, after that 1st control.
Maybe Lloris is a great keeper as well? Seriously. "Lloris is in De Gea mode" etc. is utterly disrespectful towards Lloris who has had a solid performance so far (and in his last game as well). It's not a fluke whatsoever. Our strikers are doing a Soldado, their keep a de Gea.
