Wonder if Ole will come out after the game and say you were good in the 1st half. His interviews sometimes baffle me, like he sees something no one else does.

Is this supposed to be some sort of gotcha?

We were just as crap then as we are now, it's not a competition. We fired Jose in December, so it may actually get worse if we keep Ole until then as well. I have exactly the same feeling as back then and under Moyes - I'm watching United out of a sense of duty rather than any enjoyment, hope, or expectation.

It's genuinely sad that we've had so many awful periods recently that we're here arguing about which horrendous period was the most horrendous.
Exactly where I’m at. Have absolutely no enjoyment with watching United anymore. If Ole isn’t sacked by Christmas I might be done with the club altogether. How can any board not react to what’s happening.

One of the witness in United play is that they have too many stars who has their own agendas. If they were to play and create for Ronaldo then at least he will score goals that may win more games.
    Too many stars?

You mean everyone's doing their own thing because the manager can't get them to play as a team.

If we get a good new manager (who) then we can at least use the rest of the season to adapt to his coaching and ideas. But Ole will probably still be managing us in 2022
But who? These Muppets need a Conte rocket up their asses. But that is another manager who slips thro our fingers. Brendan Rodgers isnt strong enough.

If Ole leaves, he should take Carrick and McKenna with him. It's hard to believe these type of performances against relegation candidates are the result of three brains.

I'm sick of these players. You can change the manager but some of these players have shown they are utterly spineless, and no amount of coaching is going to change that.

It makes me kinda sad to watch this. The entire team along with the coaches are so void of self confidence and ideas. If we don’t turn this around (and nothing suggests that) I honestly think Ole’s gone.
If he isn't then we are in big trouble. This is genuinely worse than moyes and Jose. They don't believe in ole and if the board persists with him... well I'd be speechless

I would kick the ball up instead passing behind with these players who is trembling touching the ball. Ole please for your and our sake, please resign. Your players doesn’t trust you anymore.

Weird how the English Ole gets the best out of Raheem Sterling and a Kane who looks like shite at Spurs but can't get a tune out of Sancho.
Might be to do with level of competition England face tbf saying that reckon San Mirino might give us a tough game.

In Rashford and Sancho we've got two players who do absolutely nothing out of possession, pull out of 50/50s, don't even challenge for headers. Stroll through game after game.

Complete opposite to the intensity, effort and non-stop movement from Sarr and Dennis.
    Indeed.

Ronaldo you can forgive as he can pull something out of nothing.

Sancho for that second goal offered nothing, just strolling around and going through the motions.

    Hardwork will always beat talent.

Flex saying the players are sticking the knife in. I usually don't say that easily BUT look at De Gea chatting to Josh King at half time.

Our rival’s players in-game thoughts when out of possession:

“Their CM has the ball, I’ll press him, then he’ll pass it back but my striker will have read this and already be right there plus both their fullbacks are covered by our wingers, so they’ll then have to kick it long but my defence will win the ball back with ease.”

    Our players:
“Wonder how many na-na-nas there’s in the Batman Intr… oh they just scored. Shoot…”

Sancho half arsed defending on that second stands out to me, he wants a chance and gives minimal effort in a situation like that.

We have too many players who either won't or can't play with the level of intensity needed for the PL. With a shit manager that is a bad combination.
This what I've said. You have a striker who not responsible for defending which understandable. But the we have the likes of Bruno, Rashford and Sancho who can't or won't defend then supporters are wondering why the two in midfield are a shambles. You xan't expect two to do tge job of gourmet or five while four or four float. You need to play three genuine midfielders and that doesn't include a Bruno or a Mata or a Lingard.

If this is not player mutiny I don't what is. TOXIC.
honestly, why shouldn't they. The club is failing them. Ole should have been sacked weeks ago. look t the amount of talent we have in the team, yet you see them constatntly chasing shadows due to how we are organized, failing to find teammates due to the structure an positioning, yet get blamed ever week due to English pundits not knowing what the job of a head coach is supposed to be

Well, I was interested to see how the Matic-Scott combo went as I don't remember them ever playing together in a midfield two. Thought there were some promising signs in the first 5 minutes (from Matic anyway), but they may as well have not been on the field for the rest of the half.
Its by far our weakest area. When Fred is your best all action midfielder it’s pretty clear you need to INVEST

Thing is you could tell this wasn’t working after like ten minutes, continued to be awful and yet he still didn’t think about changing things. He does realise you can change tactics during the game or make a sub?

Deserve every bit of it. This is what happens when we have incompetent running the club. He should have gone after Liverpool . After 3 weeks , we still are in the same situation ot even worse.

I know our midfield sucks, but how is it possible that we purposely bypass it. It’s like their only job is to try and protect this back four, which clearly isn’t working. We don’t built with it, we don’t move up the pitch with it, Bruno is MIA right now. McTominay and Matic are essentially taking up the space of one player. They stand there sitting deep to pass it sideways or backwards to our back line who Ole wants to build out with for some reason and get it to the wide players which just results in low percentage long balls.

Oh well another humiliation. Should be 3 or 4 nil Watford, but give Ole time. FFS, our club is a disaster.
