In all seriousness - have a good one mate, should be a decent away end. Not having much luck in the ballots this season - and seem to rarely go on resale online unlike in the pre-covid season.
On that note - check the ticket thread...

Been hitting refresh every 2 mins since that tweet mate. Do not get on well with the new ticket site - not sure how it's become worse than previous years

If Watford win... could it be the worst moment post-SAF? Or did we already have that v.s. Liverpool
To be worse than Pool, I genuinely think it'd have to be a league record win or something. 10-0 Watford. Even then I'm not sure it's worse.

For once , I hope we grow a pair and field Matic, Donny and Fred. Bench Bruno.

Go with Ronaldo, Sancho and Rashford.

Knowing Ole, it will be McFred and Bruno with Mason,Rashford and Ronaldo.

No way we’ll lose to Watford, we have too much individual quality, we would tie at most, I think we’ll win this 2-0 and will buy Ole another few weeks minimum.
So, do you think that individual brilliance is what'll win us this game?
Not tactics laid out by the management.

Just no idea what to expect here, as usual. Could be an easy win, could be a come from behind win, could be a dismal defeat. As has been the case for a long time now, it’s just about impossible to call. I’d guess a win is most likely given how awful Watford are, but who knows.

One thing though, I expect Ole to stick with the players he trusts. His job is on the line and I hardly see this being the time he’ll decide to experiment. Sorry Donny.

Of course - he'll stick with the usual McFred midfield and that means we will have no midfield.
He is going to stick with usual favourites until he gets fired.

I mean the tactics are for them to enjoy themselves and to really want it, so I guess it depends on their mood.

So support when we’re winning is it ? You might be better off supporting city
Hilariously daft logic. Manager sucks enjoyment out of fans so they should just give up all together and support their rivals.

Yeah mine too and nice to know I am not alone in feeling this way right now either
@croadyman long time! Just curious, used to go back and forth with you about Maguire on the Potential CBs options thread last year. Do you still think Maguire isn't the issue? I remember saying Bailly or Tuanzebe if given a run of games are better, you felt Maguire improved us.

Just curious if your opinions changed now lad.

Watford need points and will come at us. We will pick these off quite easily I feel and will run out comfortable winners - these fixtures have been straight forward under Ole.
Would be nice if Maguire popped up with a goal and did another hands to ears celebration. Will shut a few up.
Will just make him look a prat again like against Albania

Not gonna lie I really thought he had turned a corner last season, mind you hasn't helped that he's not been able to build up a partnership with Varane yet. Will hold my hands up and say he should never have been rushed back against Leicester and it clearly carried into the scouse drubbing. I also don't believe that goals against euro minnows mean anything for club form either

I responded to a comment saying he didn’t care what happens v Watford so ya let’s stop watching them because results and performances aren’t going our way at the moment

It's more to do with the fact many of us haven't any hope of things improving until he has been sacked, should also be worried about losing our best players too

So we should stop following them because of that? We are all aware he should be sacked but it doesn’t mean we stop supporting the team regardless of manager.

I just worry that positive results mean this board keep someone massively out of his depth even longer than they already should.

Only want someone who knows how to get the best out of this talented squad is that really too much to ask.

He won’t be at the club next season in my own personal opinion, the quickest way he would be sacked now if they failed to get out of the CL group. After that it would be a run of 4/5 defeats and after that when top 4 is unreachable. Again that’s my own opinion of how our owners work.

Just can't see us having a run of defeats like we saw with Smith at Villa, mainly due to individual brilliance digging us out of course.

Hoping for a win and a good performance. If we don’t win it will also be positive as he has to go then.

I assure you. If we lose or draw, Ole will continue.
He just got spanked 5-0 by LFC and 2-0 by MCFC. That earned him a holiday!
It’s about accumulation though. If we lose to Watford he’s gone. The fact we have Villarreal a few days later though is a problem.

He didnt say he'd stop watching. And you insinuated from that he should support city. Good one.

If I were Ole this is what I would pick.

    Henderson
    A.W.B Maguire Varane Shaw
    Mctom
    Bruno V.D.B
    Sancho Cavani Ronaldo

Push up the pitch, play with a high line press high. Force Watford into mistakes so we can dominate possesion. Henderson instead of de ge so we have a goalkeeper who will sweep. Bruno and v.d.b to lead the press.

Unfortunately I'm not ole so we will probably see Fred and mctom 4-2-4 and poor performances but probably scrape a unconvincing win from it.

Like after very international break, and before an important CL match I would rotate the players that went out and play in priority some of the guy who stood there training (and went on holidays).

    My team

    -----------------------------------------------Henderson------------------------------------------------------
    Wan Bissaka-------------------Maguire---------Bailly---------------------------------------Telles
    ---------------------------------Mc Tominay------------Matic---------------------------------------------
    Sancho-----------------------------------Van de Beek---------------------------------------Rashford
    ----------------------------------------------------Martial---------------------------------------------------------

    Agreed.
Those who say that we should support another club, probably don't quite understand what it means to support a club.
You don't chop and change depending on which way the wind blows.
We want to support our chosen club and that's it.
I support MUFC.....I simply cannot support any other club. If any other club wins/loses, I don't care. Most of the time, I don't even bother watching other clubs play, until they play us.
We want the best for MUFC and that tends to lead to frustration and comments which display this.
