  • I have a lot of hope. How can you not? Only thing that is keeping me going besides Garnacho and Mainoo.

No kidding mate. Was watching with my wife for a few minutes, who does not follow football. Ratcliffe popped on the screen and I told her, he's the only thing that matters about this season. Besides my love for Garnacho ;)

Goodness, what a match between 2 bad teams with a few good players. Love, Garnacho, very proud of him. Send Casemiro to Saudi for 1mln tonight. He does not even try. We don't deserve much, but losing to 2 diving pens sucks, I have to say.

Thanks for the feedback, it's depressing.

I don't know enough about tactics so usually do not comment on ETH and the team's approach. But, all I have to say is, it sure feels like we don't have any.
  • Right on, mate.
  • Can't stream Mainoo, I mean England, in the States. Bummer.
  • He sure was. What a performance coming off injury. Dalot's rise and AWB playing well gives me a little hope we don't have to spend much at the RB/LB position. Shaw cannot be relied on as a starter anymore though.
  • Thanks for the post, this area confounds me too. Good to read the tactical understandings on here that I do not have. Feels like this has been a problem for ages and would help to fix a lot of our deficiencies.

There was also an obviosu foul on McT outside our own box that led to Liverpool break. I was convinced they would score after that one. Still no clue on the added on time at the end of ET. He deserves all the stick he is getting on here.

I forgot to mention AWB in my earlier post. He was immense. Coming back from injury and putting in an awesome shift like that, very proud of him. Defending and controling the ball. Dalot and him were amazing.
