It is hard to imagine a result and performance where they will finally pull the trigger. Palace are happy to stay up and managed to ragdoll us. They still think he deserves more games as manager for Manchester United.

Yeah, most of the players are trying alright. You can see the frustration in their faces when things go tits up, but it is of course disheartening for them when the instructions and tactics just does not work, at all. We need a new manager so bad.

Martinez was pretty awful in his last cameo. Not expecting fireworks there either way. Shaw back would give us a natural leftback for the first time in half a year. Something at least. But nah. Well, If they sack EtH right now we have a good chance of an upset.

Back then we were a really good team and it took someone special to shine against us. Currently we make average players at teams happy to stay up look like Matthäus, Stojkovic, Kaka. Doesn`t mean these players can`t be good upgrades for us, like Olise, but we should be very careful of going...

I remember Newcastle putting us under a lot of pressure that game. Bruno and Rashford managed to hurt them on the counter a couple of times. Iirc. Would say we played well against Barcelona just before that however.

Just try something new for this. 3-5-2, 3-4-3. new ideas, new coach, Amad and Amass from start. Harry would obviously get roasted by Saka but would still be an exciting start at least.

Performances against us does not count. Even just above average PL players looks like the lovechild of Gullit and Platini when they play us.

Even with most of our players fit we were ragdolled from time to time. Brentford, Bournemouth, Wolves, Fulham, Newcastle, Brighton. We don`t even have to mention the bigger clubs. Our football is more or less consistent regardless of players available. They way we are setup and coached...

Maybe the worst thing is that it was quite expected. Not 4-0 and completely played of the pitch bad but dominated by a stronger side. Easiest Permier League game for Palace so far this century and i don`t think i am exaggerating too much.
