Especially if the source is a potential political representative. I'd like to know if my local MP or councillor had made bigoted statements for example.

Add to that its clear ULEZ wasn't the electoral minefield everyone thought it would be. Turns out people like having cleaner air in their neighbourhoods and around their workplaces and green spaces.

Tories cutting police numbers definitely didn't have an effect there. I'm sure the dumpster fire candidate that is Susan Hall had a solid plan to tackle it.

I think its pretty clear this was just a publicity stunt. Either to keep him in the limelight (another woopsie, aint he a laugh moment), or an attempt by the Tories to convey that their new ID checks are not intended to carry out voter...

So thats West Central, North East and South West all going to Khan. It would take a monumental upset in the other wards for Khan to lose this now. Doom mongers in the mud.

Bailey won there last time didn't he? If so its looking good for Khan, assuming there aren't any major upsets in the other wards.

But you wouldn't hesitate to call the Praetorian government in South Africa an apartheid one, and US policies towards African Africans up until the 60s as racist and discriminatory? The road to righting those wrongs were indeed hard-fought...

Good thing we didn't strive to end apartheid in South Africa, or racial segregation in the US then. Far too complicated to reign in the oppressors.

Imagine not securing a majority against this dumpster fire iteration of the Tories.

Funny how none of these talking points are remotely complicated when its other nations implicated. What about Israel's history (long before October 7th) of being a colonialist aggressor? What about the occupation, subjugation and oppression of...

Has there been any polling or early numbers suggesting a Hall win? So far all I'm seeing is some jitters from the Labour camp owing to a lower turnout. It probably works in Hall's favour but certainly not enough to topple Khan surely?

The turnout in London was historically low (2 out of 6million voted) which is alarming, but I don't see that being enough to get that Gammon to beat Khan. Even the Tory base in London consider her a calamitous candidate. Khan will win I reckon...

Yeah just like they didn't care about the Vietnam war, or African American civil rights in the 1960s. Why would any young person care about an occupation and massacre of thousands of women and children in their name, at the behest of their...

Interesting to see the beating the Tories took in Grant Shapp's constituency, they've lost the bulk of the wards there. He's looking like another Portillo candidate for the upcoming GE. Just waiting for him to inevitably bow out a coward like his...
