I've got a sneak well go with a back 3 today and look to out number them in the middle and look for Rom and Sanchez to run the channels between their centre backs and full backs.

I hope Paul is taking all this in... He has the talent to become a very special player, but he is drifting though the 2nd half of the season and paying the price for that apathy.

Smalling and Rom did well and the rest did enough. They had a right go in fairness to them, but were never a threat. Our midfield was always more likely to stifle than create, so a classic was never really on. All in all, a decent, hard working win.

A decent game with a few goals would nice; but I'm not arsed either way in terms of the result.

Right in front of us and I was amazed he didn't give it, and live, I thought the lad was very lucky to stay on. Having see it again today, serious questions have to be asked of the ref, because the kid could have got badly hurt. I thought the ref was poor, but that was a ridiculous non decision.

Missing the game tonight and I think that this might be the one where we hand out a proper hiding. Seeing yesterdays result will surely drive us on to perform tonight: I fancy 5 tonight
