I think all of these qualify as great goal scorers who also scored great goals... rather than someone who didn't score that many, but they were always epic... at least that's how I interpret the "scorer of great goals" tag that's handed out to some players.
Search for João Vieira Pinto, Krasimir Balakov, Domingos Paciência.

A couple of years back I was watching a Zlatan ‘best of’ on YouTube in the office. I said to two of my colleagues (Saints fans) how brilliant he was and despite them both being fairly knowledgeable on Football, neither would have it, that he was all that special. I had them sit and watch the video and it changed both their minds.
His highlight reel is as good as anything else I’ve everseen.
