Every time I watch this guy I’m impressed.

He’s only 21 and seems technically very very good, his stats are also good.

If he has the right attitude which obviously needs to be assessed then I can see a top 6 club taking a punt on him.

Thoughts?

Don’t think he’s anywhere near good enough for a team like Utd.

He's a good young player, left midfielder rather than a left winger. By that I mean you can count on him doing some defending and can play a bit deeper but not much of a goal threat. He can probably play left wingback too

I think he'd be a good signing longterm for someone like West Ham or Everton. If Shaw wasnt so good going forward this season I'd think he'd be a decent option off the bench as an attacking sub

I just love watching him, he has terrific balance about him.

Seeing what I see of him, I wouldn’t make a statement saying he’s not good enough for the top.

I would take him as a replacement for James in the squad subject to having the right personality.

Disgustingly bad under Lampard, one of our best players under Dyche.

Crazy performance. I'd say he turned into the Brazilian version of himself... But we've seen the normal standard of Brazilian left footed wingers this season

That was pretty good. Love a near post, top corner finish like his last goal.

What a performance from him, one of the best this season in the league.

Looks like a player that can follow instructions and then let the talent take care of the rest.

I thought looked a cracking player at Burnley and was surprised to hear Everton fans considered him a flop. Makes sense he's turned it round under Sean Dyche.

I may be mistaken but seem to recall dyche talking about him being one of the best young players in the league when McNeil was playing at Burnley. Haven't his performance today but I thought he's looked handy any time I've watched him.

One of those players I really enjoy watching, without necessarily believing he has what it takes at the next level. Really good in an end-to-end game, and it's fun to see a more traditional left-footed winger on the left.

Most will say no but let's be honest most would have said no to valencia when he was at Wigan.

United academy product FYI
I know this is an older post but I was about to ask, I wonder how many people know he came from our academy because he was released pretty early on.

I've always liked him myself so I'm glad to see him doing well.
