Yes it was odd, but let's just put a bit of perspective here. United are playing a shite team who have won 1 out of like 9 games, and we're pointing to the game changing moment the substitution of an 18 year old midfielder for a midfielder than has played like 200 games for United.

We are an absolute shambles. Owners, manager, coaches, players, the lot. Need to hit restart on the lot.

Big mistake.

He has taken McT out of the team for Mainoo. So he knows it. Surprised to see him make the same mistake. Will see if he does it again.

People are barking at the wrong tree.
Not a fan of McT at all but he had much better numbers in terms of passing, interceptions, and tackles won.

He got caught sleeping for the 1st goal but so did the rest of the team

Have we conceded a pull back with Kobbie in the team? No surprise both goals come from the area he occupies quite well.

Take off the player who is most likely to be in the area where both goals are scored, rather than make a change to help him and get someone in alongside him.

Maybe take off our worst player in the first half instead Antony, who slows down everything we do and offer nothing in an attacking sense creatively.
