We go again!

As most of you have proven yourselves incapable of making it as a club, let's see if you're any better as players.

How will this work?

As the previous one, you don't need to do anything, so this is not time consuming at all. Just pick your players and pray you have a good career.

I will take over England and each of the participants will be an english player. I will let the AI decide the call ups, the tactics and the team, so you can go for an established player or go for a young player you believe will make it. Don't worry about picking an older guy, because when you retire, you will respawn as a promising u21 player.

I will post updates focusing on the national team activity, including B team and u21 team. I'll post the call ups, all the game stats and standings of qualifiers. Then in big tournaments I'll post general info about the competition.

I will also make a yearly update to let you know how you're doing in your club.

Why England?
1 - english players rarely go abroad, so it will make it easier to make the yearly updates
2 - picking a weak nation (my first thought was san marino or andorra) meant current players already capped for other countries couldn't be called up, we would need an entire generation to grow and it would make the first few seasons very boring
3 - because you will respawn as a young players, odds are that young top player will already be capped so it would make him unavailable for a small nation

When we have at least 20 players I will draft you and post the 3 current english squads: First Team, B Team and u21 Team. Then you pick who you will replace in the game.

During the first season, new players can join at any time picking any free players. Starting the second season, new participants will have to pick a u21 players.

Very simple, any questions, let me know.

If you want to join just post "C'mon Arsenal!" and you're in.

The game starts before the 2002 World Cup, so the first goal will be to qualify. These are the current standings:

Top team qualifies, the 2nd placed teams, except the worst one, will play a playoff over two legs.

If you want to start thinking who you'll be these are the teams when the game starts.

Players that are not in these teams because they start the game injured but will most likely be called up:

Kieron Dyer
Michael Bridges
Jermaine Pennant

In please!!

Will have a think about the player and come back to you if that’s ok?

EDIT - sorry, I clearly have a problem with authority and following simple instructions

C’mon Arsenal
