A variation of this tweet was posted in the club ownership thread by @Berbaclass and no one gave a shit. Maybe it’ll be a different outcome today….

We need a total team reset and that means moving on from anchor players like Bruno and Casemiro and Rashford. These players have been given more than enough time to show whether they can take us to the promised land and they have not delivered. They are not up to it. Its time to move on from them and start afresh.

Only £50m from ALL of them?!!
Jadon should be worth that on his own, the waste man.
On that wage? With his current attitude and performance? Absolutely not. The best we can do is break even from an FFP stand point. I would take 30 for him, providing we don't have to subside his wages.

In fairness, most of that figure would be Sancho. Hannibal is into his last year and the loan to Sevilla is yet to do anything but decrease his value. Frankfurt have an option of ~£8m for Donny, but given they didn't see him as worth registering for Europe it's unlikely they'd pay that.

Pellistri has started well and has 2 years, so there's probably value there. If he continues to perform, it might even be enough to get some kind of profit on the ~£10m we spent on him.

So a bit over £50m is probably a realistic target if we are selling them all.

To raise significant funds we’d need to sell Rashford (£75m…), Greenwood (£30-40m), Maguire (£20-30m), and if possible both Varane and Casemiro for a combined £40m. Selling the fringe players for a combined £50m isn’t going to cut it.

Those are exactly the players I'd be looking to sell, plus AWB and Antony

I'm sorry, but we should definitely get well more than 50million for them all. If we fail to do that, then our issue of not being to sell well persists.

We should see at least 70million for all of them. Sancho, for all his issues, is still worth >£35million minimum.

I wouldn't want to spend 30 million on a guy who can't be arsed and one who would likely want to be one of the clubs top earners.
And who's going to spend money on Beek ? we'd be lucky to get about 6/7 million for the guy.

Is that all? Feckin hell, talk about throwing money away
We signed those 4 players for a combined £127.8m so only £78m down the drain. Woodie wasn’t kidding when he said we can do things in the transfer market other clubs can’t. Turns out we could also do things other clubs won’t (because they are well run).
Hope the INEOS boys get hold of this situation quickly!

Hopefully so. It couldn't get any worse!
