I’ve not had the Chubb for Chelsea yet - but no payment pending so I expecting a Chubb
I'm trying to forward a ticket for Everton to a mate, but the 'Forward' button seems to be greyed out for me on the website. Is there an issue, or will the forwarding option only become available closer to the game?

Yeah I follow him and he usually posts live updates but for Chelsea he only said that it's "about to start" and nobody I know can confirm successful/unsuccessful!

Did any members in the ballot for FA Cup quarter final receive news on their ticket application yet? Ballot applications ended at 8am this morning.

Has anyone had an issue with forwarding tickets to members recently??
I’ve just tried as a test and the button is greyed out and it says something like ‘You can only forward tickets on behalf of someone who you have a strong relationship with’.

I’m not sure if this is you in the same boat or not but I’ve just spoken to someone at the club.
I can’t forward any tickets to anybody else because I am part of the TRA set-up and they have instigated that nobody within TRA is allowed to forward tickets to anyone else.
I think the ‘rules’ that TRA have in place are that, in theory, we, as TRA members are supposed to cancel our ticket within TRA and then they reallocate it to another member.
No that's not my issue - I had problems forwarding tickets on laptop but works fine on mobile so I assume it's a broswer problem

Same here, and clicking on Manage Tickets just takes me to the webpage. My son’s is the same.
Got the same issue, seems like they have sent out the email before setting it up in the back end.
We can still use the digital ticket from website for Liverpool but think tickets in the App is the plan from next season. The QR code for tickets will change in the app every 5 minutes to stop people sharing screenshots I assume.
It was chaos outside our entrance for the Fulham game when they trialled it - relying on an app staying up is going to surely cause issues.
"My Tickets" has just appeared in my app and the Liverpool ticket is there. Hopefully it's there for everyone now.
I’m planning to come over for the Burnley game late April, do we have any idea on when the exact date will be confirmed so I can book my flights? I was hoping it would be Saturday but can’t be 100%.
Yes, we’ve both got it too. Both mine and my son’s tickets are showing in mine and he has both of our tickets in his too. Not sure if it’s because both are paid by the same credit card.
