If Liverpool meet Leverkusen, it’ll be 0-0 after 90mins, then the game will end 3-3.

Isn't it still very close between England and Germany for 2nd place?
Liverpool, Villa and City are favourites to win their competition and will go right to the end. Arsenal, Bayern, Leverkusen and West Ham are outsiders but might spring a surprise and go far. Dortmund will definitely go out in the next round. I don't see it being close in the end.

The spirit of Klopp lives on in Alonso it seems. A couple more late late goals to remain undefeated this season for Leverkusen

Serie A and the EPL surely have it all but wrapped up now for the 5th spot?
If Leverkusen had gone out, but now they'll probably go on to win it and earn a bazillion coefficient points.

Last eight of the Europa League has got a few big names in it;

Liverpool
Benfica
West Ham
Roma
A C Milan
Villareal
Atalanta
Leverkusen

The other one looks like Villas to lose.
Villarreal are out.

Fiorentina might reach another final in the conference. I think them and Lille will be a threat

There is literally no connection between those two people? I don't get how Klopp's spirit should live on in Alonso?

I expect that Xabi would finally field his strongest team in the EL against Liverpool. Today he again changed seven positions compared to the last league match.

And 37 competitive matches unbeaten gives you a confidence that's very useful in such situations.
Sometimes it also gives a wrong sense of security. Especially in cases when the team already has the championship secured. Especially when the players start dreaming of an 'unbeaten' season.

Hopefully one of the teams can Villarreal it in the final against Liverpool with Alisson missing the decisive penalty.

Two sides good enough for the CL final rounds. The rest are a mixture of decent to poor.

More like Rafa Benitez on steroids..this game actually felt like it was Liverpool against Olympiacos back in 2004/2005..

Rangers’ loss can have dire implications. Despite Liverpool and Milan doing their part to help (gave the 2 Prague teams 0 points), things aren’t looking good for Scotland. Viktoria Plzen only need 1 draw to drag Czechia above.

Very intersting draw for the seasonal coefficient

Probably couldn't have gotten a better draw than that. Avoid Leverkusen, Roma and Milan until the final should we get there.

Best draw and route to the final for us. Avoided Bayer, AC and West Ham and got Atalanta, potentially Marseille/Benfica in semis. Couldn’t have been better really.

Piss easy draw for dippers as usual.
Arsenal and City dogging it out over possibly four games while we have nice relaxed Thursdays. When was this Thu/Sun schedule going to feck with us this season then? Was Redcafe lying?

Tough last 8 in the Europa as well, not sure i’d fancy our chances if we were in there either.

What makes you think that?
Leverkusen barely scraped past Qarabag. Experience/ability to handle pressure in these games. West Ham won the conference last season, Leverkusen lack that experience and they're focused on winning the BuLi

I'd tell you to watch out for Atalanta but nah. I mean you probably can't make the final playing the kids, but with the starters you should make short work of them and the winner of Benfica/OM

Hmm true but they’re not losing games, I think they can edge it.
