I liked Cahill's, Carbone, Berbatov and Can's the most as they are not the obvious decision to make in that situation, they are marked and still pull it off.
Garnacho is in acres of space and has no choice but to try it to even get a touch on it.

Can's is probably the most difficult, and Carroll's the best strike, as in the foot-ball contact is as perfect as the best regular shots. All are really impressive, but in some of them the ball seems to be hit with the shin.

It doesn't matter whether the ball is hit with the shin or not, first and foremost.
The greatest PL overhead kick, given the game and context, is Rooney's.
Now if you want to argue the best, from a technical perspective, maybe Garnacho or Can's

Odd how you forget some of these, that Benteke one I have blanked from my memory. Can't believe they didn't include Berbatov's one, it's certainly better than Haaland's and a few others.
I'd say Can's in the best, the flight angle of the ball and the connection from where he was standing, wasn't the most obvious choice, but an unbelievable goal.

The one from Andy Carroll is pretty clean.
If we're allowed to go beyond the PL, I'll add one from a true farmers league. It's not the greatest, of course, but the way he sets it up with the chest and then the purity of the motion is quite nice. Goalkeeping is maybe a bit dodgy.

I always find it interesting what the criteria is to disallow or not disallow bicycle kicks. Some of them are fine as no one is near and there's no real risk, but some of them are genuinely dangerous and if an opponent went to challenge the ball they'd be in risk of getting decapitated.

The all time best / most consistent scorer of these types of goal is Klaus Fischer. He was forever scoring them.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I don't think Berbatov's belongs on the list, because he doesn't really leave the ground, but only leans back to shoot. His other leg is planted while shooting. It's a great inventive goal of course, but for bicycle kicks I prefer the ones where the player is really flying.

Of the ones in the OP video, the Haaland one is the odd out one, he scuffs it pretty heavily, and seems to volley it sideways rather than overhead. It's nowhere near as aesthetically pleasing as the rest.

Hugo made an habit of scoring with bicycle kicks, that in itself it's quite different from pulling out one a couple of times in a carreer, a real bicycle kick master. Diego was Diego, the way he pulls out those form nothing or from a random rejection and use them as a tool to create an assist it's just pure genius.I remeber that from Hugo Sanchez. From recent times, Rooney, Bale, Cristiano and Garnacho recently made superb goals in "normal" game situations.
Ibra's one it's really a fecking great goal, but it's closer to a let me hit this now while the keeper its not in the goal than anything and see what happens, of course it takes Ibra's outstanding athletism to pull it out, but he hit the ball badly we would have like it anyway and smile just for trying it.
Even with the extraordinary technique, there is always an element of some kind of safety net with this kind of goals and those from very long distances when keepers left their natural position that as great as those are, it takes a bit of "value" for lack of better word.
On the other hand when Rooney, Bale, Cristiano and Garnacho tried their overheads, man you could end being quite ridiculized for not evaluating more sensible options or falling in your arse in an spectacular way and blew a chance or a more sensible play to achive a goal.
That's why even if Hugo might not have the best ever, him throwing them with such expertize and accuracy like nothing time and again deserves even more credit.

Maradona made a habit out of passing accurate passes with bicicletas, which is generally maybe more difficult, but has less extreme upside and more chance of looking silly. He even did it from his own toss up. For him it was just another one of many ways to bypass a defence.
