They need to get Hutchinson back on loan again next season. Has been crucial for them.

The relegated gang come to my boys Wycombe next season, so am keeping interested.

Would love Blackburn down. We did play them a couple of years ago, but it was the behind closed door's season. Would be great to play an ex Premier league winner.

Needed quite a few things to happen for Blackburn to go down, but it's definitely opening up.

Sheff Wed winning at Sunderland
Plymouth winning v Hull

Just need Birmingham to sneak a winner and for Leicester to remember that they're going for the championship and put Blackburn away.
How’s Matt Bloomfield thought of over at Wycombe? It feels like an age ago he left us on a free, was just a promising kid at the time but I remember the surprise that he’d gone

I’m buzzing for Ipswich and McKenna. Happy to see a new team in the league who haven't been in it for years.

Seen as Mr Wycombe as a player.
Shock move to our old non league rivals Col Utd as manager at the foot of L2. Did moderately ok with them before coming to us and our playoff campaign dropping off a cliff immediately when he came in.

Woeful start to this season, lots of times we thought sacking was the only likely outcome, before a surprisingly brilliant Jan window and massive improvement to finish 10th.

So still to be seen long term, but accepted that one of our longest ever serving players has more passion for us than anyone else could, so thankfully it's turned round.

He actually moved back out your way to Felixstowe near the end of his playing days with us, so it's a real trudge of a trip in, though no doubt he'll stay over frequently.

Apropos of nothing but Felixstowe seems to have morphed in about a decade from oldsville to Shoreditch-on-sea, it’s bizarre.

I didn’t realise he went to Col U. I hope he does well for you, he’s still well thought of here. Came through the youth system at the same time as Darren Bent and Darren Ambrose, and was highly thought of, but never reached their levels.

Why the h.... do a lot of players jump onto the pitch on one leg ? A lot of players do it these days - and it looks just as stupid every time :)

You did well !
I was pleased, but equally a bit unsure when we got him. No real experience as player or manager, and having to deal with the physicality of League One (as compared to the Premiership). But he’s been fantastic, I can’t quite believe it.

The challenge he has now is that a few of our players are already playing out of their skins, he’s going to have to make a few judgement calls on who can keep improving and who has reached their peak. But what a position to be in.

I know that the chances of him still being at Ipswich in 2 or 3 years is probably quite slim. But that’s just how it is, with players and managers when you support the size of club I do. If he ends up at Utd for example, then that will mean he’s done exceptionally well here, and that really is the best we could hope for.

Happy for Ipswich. Out of the remaining 4 I’d like either Southampton or Norwich to come back up

One of the few things Tony Adams did right when managing Wycombe was bringing him in.

It's always a sobering thought when I think of how long Bloomfield was a player at Wycombe, as he arrived 6months after I joined my company. And I'm still here, albeit many different jobs in.

He morphed into a strange sort of defensive attacking mid later on for us. But maximum commitment, low frills.

Happy to see Ipswich back in the Premier League for the first time since I became a football fan. When was the last time they were in the top flight, 2002?

This reminds me of us losing to West Ham at OT when we were already champions to relegate Sheffield United.

Happy for Mckenna, has done a brilliant job.

Hopefully any team except Leeds wins the play offs.

Credit to McKenna he’s done an excellent job there. I hope we’re keeping a close eye on him as a potential future Utd manager. Let’s see how he gets on in the Prem.

Didn't realise it's been 22 years since Ipswich were in the top flight
Bloody hell i did!. But maybe I’m biased. After we got relegated in 2002 we beat Leicester 6-1 in our first game back in the Championship. Our manager at the time, George Burley, said he was setting the team a target of 100 points, 100 goals in that seasons Championship. We all lapped it up. I’d never have believed we’d fall as far as we did- it’s been humbling to say the least. But roll on next season.

This will taste so sweet because of the long time. Enjoy @NicolaSacco
