Look at the penalty given 3 minutes after Rodri's pathetic simulation in the derby game. It's a joke the decisions they get but don't get attention as they aren't deciding their games that often.
They've been told not to over-rule the on-field ref unless it's an outrageously obvious error so it's kind of pointless now.

Do teams even try against City? So far Wolves have pulled up on a 4-4 counterattack to retain possesssion. Now Cunha dribbles past four City players and there is still no Wolves player around to pass the ball to in the attacking half. Do these teams even watch how Chelsea just go balls to the wall against City. Sitting back like cukcs. Simply never a penalty. If the ref had not given it then neither would VAR. But the ref gives it and VAR won’t overturn it because it’s not clear and obvious. Literally makes no sense.
