He has to go!
Unfortunately because I had big hopes for him.

Continuing with Cas as a CB despite recent ultra poor performances is indefensible.
Why haven’t he used Amad more?
What’s McToms tactical instructions because at the moment he just strolling around with zero defensive impact.
Hojlund has been a a disappointment this season. Limited and a little bit brainless.

Dalot and Amrabat has been good.
Amad deserves another season.

Our squad needs a restart. I see no desire or willingness to fight. That’s on the manager.

Amad is streets ahead of Antony. If we signed Antony for half of his fee, he’d probably be on loan somewhere by now.

ETH is only playing him bc he was stupid enough to pay a crazy fee for him. And he has the nerve to come out in interviews saying he hasn’t been backed. He should be sacked for the money he has wasted, never mind play style, results. He’s set us back years with his signings.

If this guy some how stays on next year, I don’t want him anywhere near transfers.

Ok. So Ten Hag had Amrabat and Amad as options all season, and was able to play this playing style/formation.

Yep, he needs to get sacked. His stubbornness will kill this team going forward. I mean, what other decisions is he making that is holding back the team?

Managing these egos with this level of exposure only works when you're 100% on the money when it comes to have another 2 or 3 players in the wings who are itching to take the spot of the others and actually could, like a Real or City. Otherwise you need to be ruthless like a Bayern or even Arse recently in clearing out some of the rot right away. I think he ll do very well again elsewhere, United just needs to be turned inside out entirely.

Yeah so amongst themselves they've decided no matter who plays that they'll always play the exact same way. A way that doesn't seem to suit any of them and isn't conducive to winning football matches.

And not only that the manager is going along with it in public, even defending their chosen tactics as his own. How likely do you think that really is mate?
He hadn't always defended chosen tactics. He has disputed certain evaluations of the tactics. For example when we were left man for man in defending at various points, Charrager & Co said it was by design. Ten hag said it isn't by design that they land in these situations.

Hes also said many times openly that players have occasion failed to execute their instructions properly but they need to stick to the process.

As is the hyperbole and exaggeration from idiot posts on the other side. So what?
The other side don’t need to resort to hyperbole & exaggeration. The performances & results speak for themselves. It’s indefensible.

We've played the same way all season mate.

Do you not think if they weren't playing as he asked Ten Hag might bring it up at some point in the last 9 months?
Don't waste your time mate he's an Eth/Ajax fan.

The first is symptomatic of clear defects in his system. The second is his failure to communicate and motivate his players. They dont believe in him or his system.

So do you agree that some players haven't listened to him?

He may well have. Players ignoring the manager at United isn't exactly a first.
What we are seeing isn't ignored instructions but followed ones. Now the question is who is giving these instructions?

Maybe a couple. Others will listen but not be able to put his instructions into practice because the system is shit.

I'm sure Rashford and Garnacho have flat out ignored his instructions at times.

Amad is an example of why the “He mustn’t be impressing in training” argument is nonsensical when a player we all suspect is better is struggling to get chances. It’s also possible the manager simply doesn’t fancy him.

Remember, our manager once started Forson ahead of him.

This is my major issue with him staying. I do not trust his eye for talent and/or his ability to admit he has made a mistake and take responsibility. Instead he seems to double and triple down at the expense of results.
It's entirely possible that Amad is a poor trainer, just as it's entirely possible that the players who stink up the pitch week in and out are great trainers. Part of a manager's job is to understand the difference between a training environment and a matchday environment, and make the proper judgment calls accordingly. As you said, ETH has been incapable of doing that, and has done nothing but double down on failure all season.

The players are putting a shift in today so can the ETH in brigade stop saying they're trying to throw him under the bus.

And so the next cycle of repetitive arguments begins.

Wish Ten Hag would feck off already so we and the club can all move on from this madness
Indeed, ETH absolutely has to go.

But don't con yourself into believing that we won't see the same repetitive arguments with the next man.

Im not struggling, I'm saying your sarcastic posts are a higher quality than your genuine ones. Keep up.
You seem to be missing the point that all of his posts are of a far higher quality than yours.

I already know what he’s gonna say after the game. It was an improved performance from last week. Couldn’t get any worse to be fair

That’s not thunder, that’s Jim smashing his fist on the chair in front of him in disgust of what he’s seeing. Again.

Not for two and a half years though, and they lost 3-1 to Ukraine and got knocked out of qualifying to the Euros.
Well Casemiro at cb has fared much much worse. For what it’s worth I wouldn’t have even picked McTominay at cb either when Kambwala was available.

What a thunderous return to form for ETH. Nearly mounting a challenge against Arsenal who were in neutral, not even first gear.

Only the 19th defeat of the season. And, as we all know, the lack of structure was responsible for all of them.

Boom and bust cycle, we go again.
