England: Utd supporter since 1994, in England I would go for West Ham

Italy: In Italy there aren’t club which deserves to be supported. I was Inter fan till 2000, but I don’t like their fans. Juve is disgusting, AC Milan a fake big club, but I would go for the natural born losers Roma, I listened their fans radio for many years

Germany: I hate Bayern but I can’t support their feeder club Borussia Dortmund and Leverkusen, Schalke is fecking terrible at 360°.
I go for Red Bull Liepzig for revenge, hoping that they will grow so much to win the bundesliga

Spain: I hate Real Madrid, don’t like Barcelona circus, I would go for Valencia/Sevilla

France: Marseille

Other countries: They do not have a league which deserves to be followed

Altrincham if any. Used to go when United were away mostly as a kid and a few times in my teens as well. Haven't been in a long time though, as in this millennium.

Still look out for thier results from time to time. Not every week, more like once a month or so and keep an eye on the table. Just got promoted back to the National League which is where they mostly were when I used to go and see them. Been as low as the 7th tier in recent years so it's good to see them in the 5th, where they belong in my mind.
I'll see you next season.

I'd probably not follow any other team. It's just not the same. You can't recreate the same feeling when you've followed a team since you were a kid.

I'd watch a lot less football, tbh. I'd easily cancel my PL subscription. 80% of the football I watch is United games. The remaining 20% is international football, CL knockout stages and the occasional PL rival game.

Man Utd's remaining board would make a breakaway club to start in the lower leagues (FCUM is more an anti-Glazer fan thing)

I'd support them. And be very excited to be them in FIFA when they reached League 2.

Bonus if they kept Old Trafford, but if they were about to go under I guess they would have to sell that to raise funds.

I thought about this a lot last year when there were rumours of us being taken over by Saudi.

I bandied with the idea of Southampton as my dad worked there for about 10 years when we were kids and used to get tickets for their games - I've probably been to the Dell as many times as I have Old Trafford. Plus I admire their history of developing quality young players.

In the end though I settled on FCUM. It's the only other club I could see myself developing a proper attachment to. Obviously there's Cork City as well but League of Ireland is so mindnumbingly shite it hurts to watch.
