I wonder if he’d have reacted this way if his team hadn’t taken 5 points from the last 24.

Smart way to change the narrative on his inevitable sacking to be honest.

I wonder how Ntcham is feeling about this? He’s been wanting out of of Celtic for a fair while and eventually got his move.

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
People can criticise AVB for his words but nobody could possibly defend the club in this. A team cannot be managed from a board room and AVB is right to want to walk away.
Depends if they have a transfer committee or a DoF who is in charge of transfers, and AVB joined them knowing that he wouldn't be in charge. If he knew that he wouldn't be the one making all the transfer decisions then it's a bit of a dick move to throw your toys out of the pram when it happens.

On the other hand if they told him he would be in charge, or would at least have a veto option (similar to what we apparently have with Ole), and have now gone back on that then it's fair enough.

Spot on amigo!
Ahaha right, but he has himself to blame, even Marseille being the most difficult club to work in France. I guess it’s the end of a certain era for Mourinho and his former staff. Football developed a lot in the last 10 years, none of them will do nothing special I guess.

Elected new president of FC Porto, beating Pinto da Costa who presided the club for the last 42 years and is the most successful President in the history of football

46 years young. Been quite a ride for him so far.

Who has he proposed as the new coach?

Porto had a decent CL run but they could finish 5th which would be their lowest finishing position since the 90s perhaps?

Edit: 75/76 season they finished lower than 3rd. Seems Conceicao has renewed though.

They are in a very delicate financial position, which is why he won this elections. Unfortunatelly he has to sack the manager simply because Sérgio Conceição was against his election which will cause even more damage.
