haha you said "and" when you meant "an"I understand that. The thing pictured is a moose. Europeans call it an elk because of their bad brains but and elk is actually a different (smaller) animal. I've seen them both in person and the size difference is clear.
it's because my ancestors were degenerate europeanshaha you said "and" when you meant "an"
That's why I said what you call it depends on where you live. Not in my backyard it ain't.
Maybe you were following a moose? At basically every US/Canada border crossing I have seen there are clear signs saying "LAST EXIT BEFORE CANADA" or "LAST EXIT IN THE UNITED STATES" or whichever way it is phrased so unless some roads don't have those I don't understand how you can accidently go too far.
And we are saying you should update your vernacular. That's why I said what you call it depends on where you live.
Why should we update our language when it originated here. And we are saying you should update your vernacular.
And football is football and what ever that game is you play when you trow the ball all over the pitch isn't it.Because it's wrong. Moose are moose. Wapti are elk.
Really elk should just be retired.
It's ok, we call it Canadian football up here. And football is football and what ever that game is you play when you trow the ball all over the pitch isn't it.
