Even a half fit Amrabat is got to be better than McTominay! Appalling from him, amidfield player that just hides all game. If Hannibal could pass accurately he'd be very good.

Deserved to be ahead tbh. Not a great game but the moments of quality have come from us.

Don't understand the Onana comments. He looks like he's waiting for people to have some space open up, but Burnley are playing it tight and not getting drawn in, forcing him to play it to a CB.

Cracking finish by Bruno. Evans motm so far. Unlucky not to have a G & A at half time.

Says a lot about the rest of the starting XI though.

Can we please sub Mctominay at half time. Would happily swap him for a training cone

Ive been quite impressed with Burnley nice neat and fast passing team. We have the individual quality to beat them if we keep it tight. Evans outstanding, Bruno and Hanibal also playing well.
stay calm and we've got this.
Every team we play looks like a fast passing team compared to moments fc.

Just get the three points and we can forget all about being outplayed by Burnley… until the next time it happens.

That goal shouldn't mask the fact that the first half performance has been horrendous.

Never seen so many players look like disinterested, no energy at all, no style of play.

Rashford and Mctominay have been woeful.

And Onana standing still with the ball doesn't help matters,.slow slow slow
Rashford standing still with it facing up a defender for the umpteenth time is just as frustrating.

Only player for Utd who could have scored that goal is Fernandez. Unfortunately HoJuergen is looking like a schoolboy. Doesn’t know what offside is, very slow and generally not good enough. Need to put him in the reserves until Christmas at least. What a waste of money.

Happy enough with that half given our defence and midfield. Hannibal and Rashford both playing well and Bruno with a stunning goal. Hopefully we can catch them on the break in the second half.
Rashford playing well, ffs are you watching a different game to me, absolute passenger so far. Lazy fecker he is.

Watching Mctom is making my eyes bleed, please please ETH, remove him.
You just don't understand football. How can you say that after seeing him pass a ball right back to the sender and then run away because he doesn't want to be on the ball. Or on defence when he's sort of around but not getting anything done.

There's a reason every coach keeps playing him.

Not a bad half. I think if we for once manage to get the early goal in, most of our games would turn out differently.

Thought Hannibal did well. Could've easily had two assists. We're defending well considering the injuries. Don't like Bruno on the right but he was class for the goal, and he's making nice runs. Rashford was poor, Hojlund didn't do much, and Mct was average. Plenty of good options on the bench. I'd rather sub Dalot just to avoid the risk of a red card.

Is anyone else unable to watch this on TNT via a BTBox? I get a message saying they can't show the channel. (Logged in on my laptop to discovery so watching on that instead).

How many more chances is Scott McTominay going to get? He's so below the level it isn't even funny. Opposition teams and fans must be laughing their heads off at the fact he's still here and has so many appearances. Dreadful player

Need to control the midfield, a major issue all season. We simply can’t do that with Bruno drifting out wide and McTominay hiding behind any opposition player. I’m amazed Ten Hag is making the same mistake as Ole. Also Rashford needs to be dropped now, average performance once again. Fed up with his sulking attitude.

Onana stands still with the ball because there arent options to pass to. You just want him to smash the ball forward so Burnley can start their next attack?

Hannibal showing that some of these youth players deserve chances it's a shame that injury and suspension is what it takes for the club to push the initiative. United need to get a second and then try and coast the game.

Still waiting for the VAR check on that one. Im sure they’ll find something wrong with it. On a more serious note, hasn’t been great but for the first time since the first game, we go in at the break in the lead which is a huge plus. Definitely need a 2nd goal but got to stop Burnley from playing through us.
Probably warming VAR up to start targeting Casemerio again ….

I think teams are very aware that our left side can be bypassed very easily if they are patient. Burnley doing exactly what Brighton did and just taking their time before the left side opens up. Ten Hag must be aware of this so not sure why we haven't figured out a way to stop it.

We are in such bad situation that we need to rely on a 35 year old defender who played much better than most of the other players. I guess that also shows the great difference in quality between our current team and SAF team. Evans was not even the first choice CB. Please get Mctominay off. Can't recall any contribution in the half

McTominay, Dalot and Rashford were all shit.

Hojlund has been underwhelming but he's feeding off scraps.

Bruno saved himself with that outrageous finish.
