They got that guy from the Thong Song playing for them tho, what a change has he made since that.

The two wingers along with Dani changed their shape and the second half, but for all their huff there was not much puff.

your best players on the bench is narrowed down to one player, gerrard.
difference between the other players is quite small, and cisse is still shite.

Hence why I said player you bellend.

Defensive game??

I call it very astute european away tactics. The Arse should take note. And Real Madrid while we're at it.

And so should Man Utd! ;)
eh,its basicly your premier league tactics, be as boring as humanly possible.
the difference is that it actually works in europe.
but yeah, arsenal should take notes and learn that teams in the champions league usually doesnt follow their rules and roll over.

somehow i noticed an S,you cnut :)
either way, your gerrard comment is futile.
during the summer your lot whined about how poor gerrard had been, and that losing him wouldnt be such a disaster afterall, money to buy other players etc. now your on about how you had a poor performance partly due to resting gerrard.

Uninspiring, unimaginative, dull day at the Bridge. At least 3 points were taken.

Jose told the boys to play keep ball, and we did. 64% possesion. But I fear that somewhere along the line sitting back will cost us points where it really shouldn't. But, can't really complain about 7 wins on the trot, with only 1 goal conceeded.

Uninspiring, unimaginative = the definition of chelsea.
its not only that i dislike what roman has done to the premiership, but we dont even get enjoyable football out of it. about £300mill on different big names, and still its so fecking boring.
All about results. I'd rather our trophies then the 'Galactico' results Madrid have offered up for the past two years.

Also, for most of last year we were ripping clubs to shreds. I am confident the golas will start to flow again. That said I believe we are the league's top scorers, with zero goals conceeded along the way. BUt we are nowhere near our peak yet, and that is obvious.

spending such an insane amount of money, playing championship manager in the premier league ,should get you both results and inspiring performances.
but ofcourse, its better to win 1-0 than not winning at all.
barcelona has done quite well combining results and great performances.

your only hope of scoring more goals are your sets of wingers, you have to rely on them to basicly serve the ball on a silver platter for your strikers to actually score on them.

Goal of the day has to go to the second Rosenborg goal.

Chelsea did enough to deserve their result, they rode their luck but they were the better team over the 90.
Liverpool. I have only seen the very brief highlights on ITV so it would be unfair of me to comment
Real Madrid. Unsuprising really they are nowhere near the side they were and generally chuck a couple of bad games into the group stage.
AC Did enough to win just.
Rangers got lucky, very lucky.

Apart from the fact its fecking awful, I don't have a great deal to say about it as I've not slagged off united for bringing out kits.

Don't buy replica shirts, but its a business isnt it.

Think its supposed to be a commerative shirt for the european cup win.

I hated the initial pictures but seeing it on the players it isn't too bad. It is to commemorate the win, it has the five times badge and a champions badge and five stars above the crest, which we wouldn't be allowed in the Pl. I think it's just a chance for us to gloat a bit more really.

Good results for all the British sides, 4 wins and a draw.

Excellent result for the Kings of Europe mind....Rafa's new signings were excellent, apart from Zenden...but he cost feck all so doesn't count
