Champions League Round of 16 (18th Feb - 8th Aug)

City have got a great opportunity to win this competition this year. Liverpool winning the league and City winning the Champions League...what a sickening thought.

Who do we want to win the entire thing? I'd love to see Atalanta or Napoli do it.

In fairness they won away at the Spanish champs in the QFs. Will probably get the German champs if they go all the way to the final.

Yeah true

I didn’t mean to sound like they’ve had an easy path just that it feels like they’ll win the cup.

My goodness but Juve are boring...

The dream

Also, that is why Rodrygo plays instead of Bale

City’s defence is really poor can’t see them win the competition

Said months ago when everybody was slagging Pep off that they’ll win the CL.

Lyon in a CL semi final...

Bayern look the only ones capable of stopping them if they reach the semis, don't trust any of the others on the other side of the draw.

We've been incredibly negative since the 15th minute. Gonna shit the bed in Europe again?

So... slide tackles are just illegal now, even if you execute it perfectly and get 100% of the ball?

Looked to me like the pen was given not for the slide tackle but the clip on the attacker just before that. The ref seemed to be pointing at that defender.

Still soft.

What a player Benezema has been for Real.

Now City are in the dangerous position. If Real equalise, bums clenched for them.
