Some rules:
  1. 20 hours per matchup. Allows smooth transitions so the next match can start roughly 24 hours later.
  2. Send your starting XI + captain, WK (and whatever write ups you may have) before 10:00 GMT on your match day.
  3. Coronavirus penalties: 1 vote deduction for each pair in the starting XI that played together in World/Asia/Africa XI international matches*. 1 vote deduction for each player in the starting XI that played together for their countries. Should you progress, all your Coronavirus victims will be lost. 10m base price will be returned to you but whatever remaining money will be lost.
  4. For the Coronavirus penalties to be valid there has to be provided violation proof within 4 hours after the match has started. Proof posted after this point won't count and the player in question won't face any of the Coronavirus penalties.
  5. Coronavirus casualties won’t be available in the reinforcement pool because… well, they’ll be dead.
  6. Most nationalities in the starting XI will be used as the tiebreaker if votes are equal.
  7. You can sell players to the reinforcement pool for a 10m loss.
  8. Please visit this thread at least once a day and vote/discuss in the other matchups.

* I’ve relaxed the World/Asia/Africa XI rule a bit because I acknowledge that things could have been a little bit clearer in the OP. However, this was cleared up several times in the thread, including in a detailed threadmark. It’s really up to the participants to pay attention to what’s going on in the thread. 1 vote deduction and losing players for the next round is still a significant punishment.
