Cristiano Ronaldo - Much Ado About Al Nassr

They have one of the best tea ladies around. He'll love it there.

Be interesting to see how they do in the UEFA Champions League.

Oh wait...

Also how long before he's bitching and moaning there

Don’t moan about slavery over there Cristiano

Mad innit. A huge miscalculation on his part. He could likely have joined them in the summer (with United pocketing a fee) but he held out for a CL club and none came forth. At least he's got a pile of money.

It was a crazy amount of money to refuse, but I still hoped he would play 1 or 2 more seasons in Europe.

Glad to see he's finally realised his limits and accepted his level

Has he retired from Portugal yet? Or will he insist they continue giving him undeserved caps because records

Al Nassr... let that sink in. Reality check (or money check).

Who knows if he even had a plan. Should've done like Messi who took a year off, then came back strong in preparation for the World Cup and it worked for him.

I don’t think they’re in the Asian Champions League.

Average attendance of 17k. Average league attendance is 8k. One club had a low of 311 fans. Which is more than the lowest the previous season which was 141 fans.

Imagine going AWOL and being a total cnut then disappearing to the Middle East because not a single team in Europe or South America would touch you?

That’s what you get when you think you’re untouchable. Now you’re playing with the little boys, congratulations Ronaldo.
The paycheck doesn’t matter , he can live through 9 lives with the money he has already amassed in his life

He's not the player he was. Make out with as much money as possible in his last chapter is a good outcome.

Somebody needs to tell Cristiano that the only thing you can't get back in life is time. When you are already worth 500Millions and have plenty of ways to keep making more, you shouldn't throw 1-2 years of your life away in Saudi Arabia for no other reason than moar money. It is just plain idiotic. Maybe he should get better life coaches than Jordan fecking Peterson and get on with his life.

Really? Why didn't he just stay at United, it's not like he needs the money, apparently a team role at United is worse off than playing for Al-Nassr then. I would have loved to see him accept the fact that he isn't the player he was, played for us with pride when he was asked to and when he wasn't be on the sidelines cheering on the team and helping out the young players, hell maybe even finish his career with us.

He could have still been there to help us get back to glory over this season and next but he chose to blow it all up because of his ego. Well, this is what you get, embarassing...

Kind of embarrassing that he burned his bridges at United and then ends up in Saudi Arabia because no decent club would touch him. Good riddance, probably his level now.

Leaving Manchester United for Al Nassr. Madness and embarrassing (the money is crazy though).

Not even the biggest club in Saudi Arabia.

It is now. Think they'll definitely sell out their meagre stadium now (capacity is only 25K). That being said, this is retirement.

How the mighty have fallen...

Must be Ten Hag's disrespectful selfs fault
