The only reason not to play Pogba would be a tactical choice to try and feck José up by beating him at his own game i.e. two defensively strong, deep midfielders and a load of rapid forwards to hit them on the counter. Even then, if Pogba is up for the game he can play that role and his long passing would be a great asset.

I love McTominay but he's not starting ahead of Pogba in this situation for me. Not until Pogba has had a chance to show whether he's up for the fight or not.
