    I believe in Eder. It hurt a lot less when a legend like him won the Euro for Portugal than wannabes like Cristiano.

    How dare you mock him

    "Then he went up from there to Bethel; and as he was going up the road, some youths came from the city and mocked him, and said to him, “Go up, you bald head! Go up, you bald head!” So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the Lord. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths." Kings 223

    You've been warned.

    Funny how Eder scores a winning goal in a final when guys like Higuain bottle chance after chance.

    That Manequim challenge was set up by Ronaldo, no doubt about it, he forced every other Portugal player into doing that so he could stand like that.

    That Euro final goal video is great filmmaking. I love how the key changes from minor to major when the goal goes in. A video worthy of Eder.

    29 years since the nativity of Lord Éder.

    This is the Month, and this the happy morn
    Wherein the Heav'ns eternal King born,
    Our great redemption from above did bring;
    For so the holy sages once did sing,
    That he our deadly forfeit should release,
    And with scoring of goal work us a perpetual peace.

    The opponents only equalized in the last minute as well. Eder made that minute last more than 60 seconds so he could save Lille.

    Eder is like Son Goku or the Power Ranger's Megazord. He could go all out from the start and vanquish all villains, but that wouldn't make for a good show. So he bides his time and strikes when we need him the most.

    We are blessed.

    He's not that bad. Quite a decent player for relegation battlers since he's clerly a counter-attack type of player. But yeah, for a high level football he's like an elephant in a porcelain shop.
