Still have issues at CB and also don't possess that player in midfield to put his foot on the ball
The CBs at disposal have enough talent to create a functional defensive unit. I would not be worried.

About the midfielder: It doesn't help that by some reason Jordan Henderson gets called up despite not even starting games in a poor Ajax side lately. It should be time to move on and call another midfielder. Ward Prowse or Longstaff should take his spot, you would get either an excellent set piece taker that can be useful for locked games or a more energetic midfielder in case you want more contention.

Is there a reason why we don't just use saka on the left for England, he's right footed and has goals in him so why not use him as an inverted winger when considering the options we have on the right wing with foden or palmer who has to be in contention to start at the euros considering he could easily end up winning to golden boot over haaland which would be some achievement considering the sides the two players play for.

It's amazing the embarrassing riches the national side now have in the striker position as well with kane, watkins, toney, palmer (false 9) and solanke, this the strongest it has been since the late 90's.

Think we should take two from Watkins, Toney and Solanke as different options to Kane

Looks like 26 man squads are set to be confirmed so you'd expect Mainoo/Palmer to be called up and potentially room for a wildcard like Branthwaite to get in.

Any chance of taking 3 strikers along with Gordon/Bowen,oh god no sorry this is Southgate so expect more defenders instead
