Spurs hmmm - I thought it was Sheffield Wednesday but there you go, so many games so many years ago!!

Three and a half years later we lost 0-3 at home to York City in the League Cup. Our team included Irwin, P Neville, Pallister, Beckham, Giggs, Sharpe, McClair and Parker.

I missed that game because my car broke down. Turned out I had hit the fuel cut off under the seat when hoovering it earlier in the day. Kind of a lucky escape as it turned out.
