This has probably gotten a bit lost:

http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/kit-it-out/updates/

Amazing! When we first started our Kit it Out campaign we were worried that we were setting too ambitious a target with £26k to be raised in two months. We were proven wrong when our members, fans and supporters beat our target in half that time! We entered overfunding with a confident, but equally ambitious, £46k target. Incredibly, on the last day of the campaign we have broken through our overfunding target and are currently setting a new Crowdfunder record.

With the target beaten and the project ending at 17:28 today, we can say with pride that we have now raised the money to kit out the football ground of our dreams. The function room and kitchen at Broadhurst Park will be instrumental in FC United fulfilling its commitments to the community it will soon call home.

The function room will be the central hub of volunteering and community activities run by FC United across Greater Manchester. The kitchen will ensure that these activities will be well fuelled with food and cuppas, and we aim to use it as a facility to provide young people with training in catering.

None of this would have been possible without the people who have pledged to our Kit it Out project, and those who have shared it with friends, family and on social media. This really is a fantastic achievement of which we can all feel very proud. Additional funds can continue to be made until the time runs out later today. Any extra on top will also go towards the Broadhurst Park development fund.

We will be having a Kit it Out celebration meal on Thursday 4 December 2014 in the very function room we are funding in this campaign, eating food served from the very kitchen we are funding. Please join us by pledging for the meal rewards for what should be a great evening.

Broadhurst Park will be opening later this year and we hope to see as many of our backers there next season so they can see first-hand what a difference they have made.

Thank you so much for helping us Kit it Out!
FC United raise the £46,000 target needed to kit out their new ground throughcrowdfunding.

Fans have chosen the name for the new £5.5m football stadium due to open in Manchester in September. FC United, which is owned and run by its members, is building the new ground and community facility in Moston.
Great news for FC :D

A huge amount of money raised in such a short amount of time. Can't wait to see the function room next season. I'll enjoy seeing my name in the programme for the first match as part of this too; I'll have a framed copy coming to stick on the wall in my office.

I'm think I'm now officially over the play-offs disappointment now.

Well done, everyone!

Say, when is the official opening of the ground expected to take place? I'm planning a trip back to my old stomping grounds this autumn and I'm going to take a look at the new stadium regardless - but it would be grand to be present at a match.

The new stadium is taking shape, lads. Huge progression in the last fortnight: floodlights up, three stands erected and playing surface pretty much levelled-off.

Pretty exciting times to be an FC supporter, I'd imagine.

Could be done by the end of August but apparently there needs to be test events before the first team play.
Might be an official opening around then.

Sounds perfect - I have a wedding to attend to in September. And I plan to stick around for several weeks up north. Maybe catch United at Old Trafford (sorry, lads) if the price is right - and definitely catch FC in some way. Would be great to see FC at the new ground, though.

No need to be sorry.
I watch both as do many others.

FC is an addition/alternative rather than a replacement for MUFC.

We'll if your up september time and sticking around for a few weeks then at the moment seems about perfect timing as the latest is that the first game will be sometime in October with the first few home games leading up to that due to be played at Stalybridge

Might work out perfectly, then - could even catch the opening. Thanks, mate.
