Handpick your most entertaining 20 team English PL

Assume there would be no relegations or promotions into the PL for 4 years and you can handpick your 20 team PL.

Try to pick based on a PL that would produce the best matches overall and be the most entertaining over 4 years. But if you pick Gillingham or Salford for example, they will be on another level in 4 years due to all the revenue and players that they can attract as a PL team.

I would take my opportunity to knock out this new Sheikh Man City as they're ruining football. I certainly would have kept the 2007 version of them in though for the matches, but the league would be so much better without the current city. Would keep in Chelsea mind. I'll leave it to someone else to pick an actual 20 team league, but personally I'd want some nice rivalries in there.... United - Liverpool... Arsenal - Spurs... Portsmouth - Southampton... Nottingham Forest - Notts County. I'd want the Nottingham clubs in there for their history too.

Might be better if it's specific teams i.e. Big Sam's Bolton, Keegan's Newcastle, United of 08/09, Poch's Spurs, Wenger's Invincibles etc and only have one version of each team. Otherwise, we just pick most entertaining from PSV's table.
