Hardest managerial job in football?

I wonder does Carlo Ancelotti reckon managing Real Madrid is harder than managing Everton:)

If we are looking at other leagues I'd say Chelsea, United and Everton are particularly difficult jobs currently. Dortmund and Schalke perhaps in the Bundesliga?

Real Madrid.
They've sacked every single manager that has had a trophyless season for the past 40 years.
The last manager to survive a trophyless season was Di Stefano in 1982/1983

This level of expectations and pressure is unmatched anywhere else
