Brazilian accent. You may notice some differences between portuguese of Portugal and brazil, for example compare B.Silva with Thiago Silva or Moutinho with Coutinho(this one is not that clear but the brazilian accent adds an "x" soind before de "t",like Coutxinho).

ę is best approximated by pronouncing it as 'en'. And the Polish y is pretty damn short. Whereas y and i have the same sound in Czech for example (which is the closest language to Polish along with Slovak) the Polish i marks a long vowel sound. Compare Szczęsny and Milik. Polish spelling really is a nightmare compared to other Slavic languages.
English comentators should be all over this, so they can learn how to pronounce Lovren's name, among others.
