Anyone just caught it on BBC 1?

Haven't watched too many of the previous episodes, but enjoyed the new series opener very much.

Nice bit of eye candy too.

Was pretty good.

I don't the PA guy though, doesn't suit it.

Huge fan of Hustle, love it to bits. But the first 3 series with the original gang where easily the best, and won't be bettered. It was a blow when Mickey left for Series 4, but the show survived because the core of the group stayed, but now that they've lost Danny (the biggets blow imo) and Stacey, I don't think it can ever be as good, and thats no disrespect to the two new chracters, one of whom is :drool::drool:

Also, I'm not that keen on the way they've made all the members move on and now have to get back together. One of the things I loved about the old Hustle was the unity of the group, there was something imo very special about the program, and I just don't think it can be the same anymore which is a real shame. :(

Oh well, I will continue to watch and hope I'm pleasently surprised, as well as stick on the DVD's of the old Series' :D

the new girl was hotter with dark hair

dont like that guy from eastenders, rubbish actor

mickey is great though, good to see him back

Hang on did danny and stacey ask to leave or was it a decision by the writers?
and yeah I too love hustle.

Stacie (Jaime Murray) left to star in the second series of Dexter (which is a much bigger deal than Hustle, mainly because it's an American drama and therefore provides inroads into Hollywood) and is now making films.

Danny just went straight to film making. So at least they've both moved on to bigger and better things, rather than being sacked or fading into obscurity.

The one who played Stacey left to get her tits out on Dexter

Bollocks, missed the start of this :(

Is it worth watching it, or is it really that much worse than the other seasons?

no jamie murray ?

season 4 without mickey , this without stacie .. :(

clever

figured it out before they revealed though

Same here. I'm sure it has been used before in one of the older series.

The old group > new group.

I should really give this lot a chance first though.

Watched the last two episodes of this show; first I've seen on it....is bloody brilliant and after reading this thread, have seasons 1-4 being delivered promptly to my doorstep via Amazon - can't wait

You won't be disappointed, my favourite episode is the one where they start off naked in the middle of the street and work their way up

oh, errr......so ummmm, not a family show then :nervous:

It is, it's just a challenge. Two guys start off in the back of a van naked and they have to earn as much money as possible by grifting, you don't see any bits thankfully

 phew - <uncancels DVD purchase and awaits eagerly once again>

So what do you chaps make of tonights series finale?

And how hot did Kelly Adams look with red hair...

Granted, although Dexter doesn't hold a candle to Hustle.

 She looked damn fine in the first episode with dark hair as well.

Thought tonight was pretty good, and got my seasons 1-4 on DVD thru the post couple days ago, roll on

Got it recorded to watch later, but i've enjoyed the series so far. Not as good as previous series but still miles better than any other crap on BBC, apart from the apprentice.

It's back. Though I missed it tonight, well, it's still on but I'm not going to tune in half way through. I'll watch it on the iPlayer.

Anyway, yeah, it's back.

Never seen this before until the last episode but thought it was decent!
Is it worth going through the old ones??

Yeah the old ones are great, even though the two new characters are decent I still think it was better with Jaime Murray and Marc Warren in it.
