The twist

All participants will be divided into groups of 3.
- You will not know who the other groups are and who the players in the other groups are.
- There will be a PM group created for each group on which participants can interact with each other for this round only!
- The idea is to discuss and provide us a list of picks for each of you in that group after coming to a consensus.
- Normal pass and block rules apply after that on each pick
BUT
- even if one player in that group sheep out, all three get a sheep even if they have their picks passed in the earlier rounds.
- And the passed players for that group flow to the block list

All for one and one for all

Ps: we understand time zone differences and may allow more time

For added illustration

Let's assume someone picks Paul Reiffel in R1 and it passes. His 2 colleagues pick some other 2 randos who get blocked.

In R2, assume another team picks Reiffel for one of their participants, it will get blocked as player already picked.

After 3 rounds, if the first team fails to ensure that all 3 participants gets a player, all 3 will get a sheep. Paul Reiffel will move to blocked list.
