The issue for me is we aren’t a good team that just needs extra quality to finish it off.
we look like a poor team with poor players.
we don’t have the “cake” and just need icing, we’re still at the flour mixing stage.
I feel ole has done the right job in terms of assessing what players want to be here and who doesn’t. recruitment so far has been good.
he really needs to start putting work into the training pitch and whether he needs better coaches, that might be it. Whoever is in charge of training the team isn’t pulling their weight in modern terms (not laying this blame at ole as often managers don’t take training)
