2006/07 As Roma-United QF ECL - We had something like thatI thought that was more of a 4-3-2-1 at the time with Perrotta playing deeper to allow Totti to drop.
All of the formation pics online of Juventus seem to be arse-over-tit. That Juventus team is inverted bar Camorenesi and Nedved. Camorenesi also played deeper and tighter to support the midfield, while Del Piero dropped off as a second striker and into the inside-left pocket.
Regarding the Juve side, if my memories are good, Del Piero was essentially a second striker so Nedved sometimes make the bridge between the strikers & other defensive players.
